Extremely peaceful location, with a view of the mountains next to the balcony. Just 3 minutes from the free public beach and hotel resorts by car, and a nice walk during cooler months. The nearby town of Dibba (10 mins) has a Lulu Hypermarket, McDonalds and KFC. The town of Khorfakkan (20 mins) offers many beautiful places of interest including the Corniche, hiking trails, and viewing tower, plus many more attractions and restaurants. Many options for single travellers, couples, and families.

We were a family of 4 who stayed 2 nights at this beautiful apartment from solo realty. The apartment was amazing , spotless , had a lovely sea view and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay . Truly 5 star. The host( solo Realty) was extremely helpful and responsive . And flexible too . Highly recommend this property. Though it was a bit expensive but I guess December being a peak season , it is understandable. Thank you Solo for hosting us . We will surely book the apartment again . Best Regards Terence

Our family of five including three young children had a great stay at the property. It made for a great weekend getaway from Abu Dhabi. The amenities and grounds of the resort are beautiful. It was very convenient to get to the multiple pools and beach from the apartment. Having access to the hotel restaurant and dining options was nice. We were able to cook our own dinners and breakfast in the apartment using the equipment that was provided. We could easily have stayed much longer. we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the apartment. The bedrooms were so spacious, the beds very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group. The furnishings are very new and fresh. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown Khorfakkan (walking distance). We would stay again!

Had an amazing stay in this apartment. Everything was clean, calm, and super cozy. Communication with the host was top-notch, fast responses and very kind throughout. Now, a little confession: if you happen to find mysterious marks on the snow-white carpet in the living room… that might’ve been me. I was on crutches and channeling my inner ninja probably didn’t go as smoothly as planned. Sorry about that 😬Would absolutely recommend for a stay!

This was our third time staying at the Address Residences, but our first time at Saeed’s apartment. Saeed’s apartment was the best, all the amenities that you would expect to find in a resort hotel, plus we booked last minute and he had the apartment ready for us in a couple of hours. The staff is wonderful and accommodating at the residences and the hotel, the property has three pools and a beach, plus several restaurants. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing Stay!! The location was very special and the place was very clean and everyone was friendly. My recent stay at Address Beach's 3-bedroom beachside residence was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a shout-out to Mr. Kishan, the resort's experience maker, who really made it special. The residence itself was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, with three comfy bedrooms, each having its own bathroom. The living area was filled with sunlight, and the terrace had the most amazing beach views. We spent our days on the nearby beach, enjoyed the resort's cool amenities, and checked out local restaurants nearby. Most places are 5 to 10 mins away which is perfect. Overall, it was a magical beachfront getaway, and I'm already counting down the days until I can go back.
