Das Appartement hat eine sensationelle Lage oberhalb des Dorfes (aber trotzdem nicht weit entfernt vom nächsten Supermarkt) und ist ganz nah zur Talabfahrt und zu den Liften. Die Aussicht vom Balkon, vom Wohn-Esszimmer und aus dem Hauptschlafzimmer ist schwer zu toppen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt, die Größe der Wohnung war für uns zu dritt perfekt und mit der Ausstattung kamen wir bestens klar. Die Abstimmung mit Nicole, ihre Flexibilität beim Checkout, ihre Restauranttipps und ihre Unterstützung schon vorab bei der Parkplatzvermittlung waren allesamt sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage und würden wiederkommen, wenn wir Arosa noch einmal besuchen. Danke, Nicole!

Pienamente soddisfatti! La casa ha superato le aspettative! Molto pulita e curata con cucina super attrezzata e tecnologica! Siamo stati molto bene anche in 10. Martin molto disponibile e gentile! L'ambientazione in cui era collocata la casa era incantevole, circondata da monti e cascate! Comoda per raggiungere Bellinzona, Lugano e S. Bernardino dove fare divertimenti giornate sulla neve! Ci torneremo molto volentieri! Simona

Ich kann mich den anderen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, über das Normale hinaus. So einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und eine Schublade mit Essen für den ersten, nein, die ersten Tage habe ich noch nicht gesehen! Die Kommunikation mit Johannes ist unkompliziert und angenehm! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Eine ruhige, gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten beim Bus, im Dorf oder auch bei den Bergbahnen. Das Check-in und -out ist sehr unkompliziert, auf Fragen wird schnell und freundlich reagiert. Danke, dass wir da sein durften, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
