The shepherd's hut is located by the forest in a quiet part of the village surrounded by horse enclosures, where there is the possibility of teaching riding and nature trips with an instructor. The possibility of riding with your own horse and stabling it in the pasture with a shelter next to the shepherd's hut. There are beautiful terrains nearby. There is also a river, a dam, pubs, and an evening market nearby. Beskydy Mountains are 15 minutes away by car; the train station and bus stop are a 5-minute walk away. ONLY NON-POTABLE WATER!

It is located in a quiet location near the historic square of Frýdek, with plenty of restaurants and cafes. It is also ideal as a starting point for hiking in the nearby Beskydy Mountains, which are in the palm of your hand from the window. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car. Parking in front of the house is usually no problem.

We offer FREE OF CHARGE!!! year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, garden sauna available without limit from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Our cottage is completely ecological, because we care about the environment as much as we do about our guests:) Children stay for free, max. 6 people, including children! In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
