The cottage contains 2 bedrooms as well as a living room with sofa bed and an additional 1 extra bed that gives a total of 7 beds. Located next to Tegelberga Golf Course. The public transport bus is about 500 meters away (Bus to Malmö/Anderslöv, the bus also stops at Ö Grevie train station (train to Trelleborg/Malmö). With proximity to nature and the golf course in a rural location, this accommodation suits all personalities, ages and adventures.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.
