We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

We had a wonderful Easter holiday at Villa White which met all expectations. A very beautiful garden and lots of space in the house. We were 8 people. Great views of the area from the balcony. The weather was too cold to fully enjoy the pool, but decor with the area around the pool was super cozy. The bedrooms were fine, we could have wished for more sofa space in the living room and a few more dishes and dishes in the kitchen. Dario and Emanuella were really nice and helpful. The scenery in the area is very beautiful. There are plenty of excursions nearby by car, and easy to get to Rome. We highly recommend taking a vacation here.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

very nice exteriors with a magnificent view. Access by a small private path on a beach. Restaurant below the house is very nice (a little noisy on Saturday night for us). Daniela and Erik are very responsive. Very nice house. Some things to renovate... electricity and bathroom. A very nice stay for our family with our 4 children.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

We stayed in Stefano's house from September 3 to 10. large and comfortable spaces, including the outdoor ones, and a short walk from the sea. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all comforts. The only thing is the addition of some larger pots as well as pans and salad bowls including some tea towels.

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We had a great time!

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Just what you expect, clean kitchen, clean bathroom and a clean bed at the end of the day….hot shower and a few snacks were provided.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. We were able to eat there, the athletes rest during the day. The setting is very nice and the house very well maintained. Serena is very friendly and responsive when needed. I recommend Thanks

Amelia and her husband were fantastic guests. Their house has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, etc. We didn't use the pool because it was low season, but I imagine it would be a nice addition to the property! WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!
