Hôte réactif ,emplacement de choix, si on possède un véhicule .tout le confort est présent tout est entretenu avec soins. Encore merci.

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

Vi har haft en dejlig påskeferie i Villa White som levede op til alle forventninger. En meget smuk have og masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 mennesker. Fantastisk udsigt over området fra altanen. Vejret var for koldt til fuldt at nyde poolen, men indretning med området omkring poolen var super hyggelig. Soveværelserne var fine, vi kunne have ønsket os mere sofaplads i stuen og lidt flere fade og service i køkkenet. Dario og Emanuella var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Landskabet i området er meget smukt. Der er mulighed for masser af udflugter i nærområdet med bil, og nemt også at komme til Rom. Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie her.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

très beaux extérieurs avec une vue magnifique. accès par un petit chemin privé sur une plage. restaurant en dessous de la maison très sympa (un peu bruyant dans la nuit du samedi soir nous concernant). Daniela et Erik sont très réactifs. maison très agréable. quelques éléments à rénover.. electricite et salle de bain. un très bon séjour pour notre famille avec nos 4 enfants.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

Andrea estaba muy atento a todo. A pesar no sabemos italiano, se mostro atento y se esmero para entendernos. Recomendado. Muy limpio todo. Muy agradable el lugar. Si visito nuevamente europa, me alojaria nuevamente en este lugar

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Stefano da 3 al 10 settembre. spazi ampi e confortevoli anche quelli esterni e a pochi passi dal mare. La casa e' completamente climatizzata e dotata di tutti i confort. Unico appunto riguarda l'aggiunto di qualche pentola piu' grande cosi come le padelle e delle insalatiere compreso qualche canovaccio.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

La casa di Francesca e Vittorio è un paradiso a pochi km da Roma L' interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto la stanza padronale ,magnifica veranda coperta dove abbiamo goduto di colazioni indimenticabili, esterno con piscina pazzesco,vi sembrerà di essere nelle campagne londinesi. La cucina è un sogno , super attrezzata , la vista verso l' esterno al tramonto vi farà dimenticare di tutto! Consigliato per chi ama la campagna e la natura, la cagnolina Elisabetta ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la durata del soggiorno, check in flessibile, host amichevoli! grazie di tutto siamo stati benissimo!

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

appartamentino grazioso ,tranquillo, pulito . Peccato di esserci andato in questa stagione e non aver potuto usate la piscina, è davvero carina. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren vor kurzem erst bei Luigia & es war ein wunderschöner Ort/Urlaub um vom stressigem Alltag zu Hause abschalten zu können! Die Unterkunft war unfassbar- es war sauber, wunderschön & Stilvoll eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man eben so braucht☺️ Der Haushund Gino, war ein unfassbar toller Hund, einer der schlausten den wir kennenlernen durften und er hat uns die Tage die wir in der Unterkunft geblieben sind oft versüßt! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort um abseits von vielen Touristen Urlaub zu machen und einfach zu genießen Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤍

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

Amelia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti fantastici. La loro casa ha tutto il necessario, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata, ecc. Non abbiamo usato la piscina perché era bassa stagione, ma immagino che sarebbe una bella aggiunta alla proprietà! Grazie per il tempo che mi hai dedicato! WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!
