Newly renovated, beautiful apartment close to Odense (17 km). The apartment is located in quiet and rural surroundings close to large recreational area with swimming lake. Shopping about 4 km and public transport about 2 km. The property is 38 sqm and is located on the 1st floor and has an outdoor staircase with its own entrance. The kitchen/family room is well-equipped and has a dining area and sofa. Bathroom with shower. In the bedroom is also a desk. Bring your own bed linen (160 cm) and towels (bed linen and towels can be rented upon agreement)

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. NEW summer house from 2022 Sep. Cozy and suitable for a small family or a couple . Green surroundings about 700 meters to the beach with good swimming and fishing opportunities. 10 km to Nyborg which is a small cozy port city. The city embraces a bit of everything. For the lifeguards, there is Gourmet restaurant and cultural opportunities in the old king city. For families with children, there are harbor playgrounds and lovely beaches. Nyborg is 30 minutes from Odense. 1 1/2 hours from Copenhagen. Off-road transportation from Nyborg to both places.

Home away from home... Sit back, enjoy the view, and let the calm down. The double patio door provides the opportunity to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace where its own outdoor shower is available. The house from 1860 is part of the history of Holckenhavn Castle. It was like Boathouse for those who were supposed to cross the bay with the boat that was available. It has later moved out to the outer cousin, which is now sold to a private space. There is a table oven and hot plate.

Take the whole family to this amazingly lovely summerhouse. You can always find a cozy nook to stay in if you want sea views, sun in the morning on the east terrace, sun in the evening on the large west facing terrace. There is a trampoline and the possibility of garden games. Wireless internet and Chromecast if you want to watch TV. Take a swim from one of the bridges by the beach which is about 100 meters from the house. Nyborg is 15 min away where you can shop and more. Svendborg is about 25 minutes by car.
