Right above the property is Kopåsbatteriet, a cannon position that participated in the shelling of the German warship Blucher on April 9, 1940. Drøbak's oldest house, Thorsehuset from 1760, is located in the same property. The house is listed and cared for with extensive works.

Cozy and family friendly house on Sogsti in Drøbak is rented during Easter holidays and July 2024. You must have a heart for cat for our 4 year olds living in the house at the same time as you rent. He has his own hatch that he walks in and out of, but needs daily food The home has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, large hallway, laundry room and a dining room with seating for 12 persons. In the kitchen there is a large corner fridge and in the laundry room there is a freezer. We can approve animal husbandry.
