Waterfront vacation rentals in Frioul archipelago

Stayed for five nights in June at this property which is located on the 10th floor in a pleasant neighbourhood with really friendly neighbours. Not too far from the harbour and the bars and restaurants but just around the corner are some decent restaurants and a very nice welcoming bar. Try the coffee shop to the left of the entrance for good coffee and excellent cake. Marseille is a beautiful city, friendly locals and excellent food - loved it.

The listing is as described and photographed. Functional and well decorated. Special mention for this mesmerizing view. You never get tired of waking up in this peaceful haven, but you're very sad to leave it!

Diane’s communication was excellent, check-in and check-out times were flexible and the apartment itself was great. The location is ideal for everything you’d want to do in and around Marseille.The apartment is equipped with everything you’re likely to need and was super clean and spacious. Can definitely recommend and would happily stay there again.

We had a great time at this place, the location is ideal for accessing the beach (right in front) and the center/port (15 min walk). The apartment is modern, bright, equipped with air conditioning (essential I think in summer). The terrace facing the sea offers incredible views, perfect for dining or resting on deckchairs. Xavier was very welcoming, always very responsive to respond and arranged things well for us at check-in, thank you again! I would recommend this place if you want to enjoy the sea and the view!

We had a good week. Great hosting by Caroline and her husband, whom we thank. Apartment in a very good location, near everything. Just outside, bike, scooter, bus, restaurant, not to mention a magnificent view of the cliff as soon as you go out.

A very nice getaway with your feet in the water and an amazing view. The cabin is a real little gem of happiness and peace. Charlotte is very friendly, ultra responsive and full of kindness… in short, a real little joy… 🥰

Nice apartment, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and very quiet, you can't hear the street or the noises of the building. The sea view terrace and the air conditioning are real pluses! Highly responsive host. I would recommend it 100%.

Great stay as a family, Easy access for hiking on coastal paths, walking, or by train .. Beautiful landscape in these beautiful calanques of the Blue Coast. It feels exotic,in a cocoon , away from the noise of cars and shops! We really enjoyed it. Marjo super nice to guide us on these winding roads of the calanques.

Excellent location of the house on the harbor and the cove of the Redonne which is very pleasant for swimming and walks on the coastal trails. Very well hosted by Viviane. Beautiful views from the large terrace and the rotunda dining room. 1st floor of the house well decorated and equipped for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom for 2 adults and 2 children, a little tight for 4 adults. Absolutely recommended!

This place is a real gem. It takes a little bit of work to get to as it is in an area with steep and narrow roads. Frédérique has great step by step instructions on how to access his place, but make sure you preview the route before you go! Do not use google maps to direct to the street address, instead follow the directions in the entry directions. The home and the calanque is gorgeous, and alive with activity with the sports club, divers, and a couple of fantastic restaurants. You could easily spend a day sitting on the balcony watching the small town of Niolon buzzing with activity. Frédérique was a top notch host communicating regularly to make sure we got in ok, and that we had everything we needed. I hope to return to this beautiful town some day!

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful stay - our first time to Cassis. The view was amazing! Sacha was literally incredible, her and the housekeeper worked like Trojans in 35 degrees to get us in as early as possible when we had arrived a bit early. What a wonderful and friendly reception we got. She even carried bags for us down the stairs - which were a little tricky, but she must be superhuman! House was spotless and Sacha was so efficient when I texted with questions. Was so brilliantly managed, we were delighted. Did some wonderful cooking in the wonderful kitchen and also BBQ/open fire outside. Was a lovely stay all around. Would come back again for sure. ♥️♥️♥️

We had a pleasant stay. The studio is very well furnished, very clean and functional. We even found tourist guides at our disposal as well as more personal recommendations, which was very convenient for us. Christelle is very welcoming and even adapted to our arrival and departure times! We can only recommend it.

Perfect stay. Welcome and quality of accommodation. Secure parking in the courtyard. Direct access to the sea. Noys will be there again.

Clean and as described. Waterfront apartment, the beach is located opposite. Parking in the back very convenient. We had a great time at Mathieu's and recommend this stay.

Very nice centrally located apartment with great amenities. Although the apartment is right next to the ferry port, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment. Bonus points for the very comfortable bed. Manuel was always available and welcomed us warmly :)

Very sweet house. On site is everything you need. Unfortunately, it is quite loud. Street and loud music is already very annoying in the long run. But overall it was great. Above all, the direct view of the sea ♥️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s property. The accessibility to town and the beaches was fantastic and the view from the balcony, magical. We enjoyed the ability to have some drinks and enjoy meals with such a spectacular view that you do not get from the heart of town. Anne was a great host and we very much appreciated her accommodating an early check in, we had a vehicle and arrived on a very busy Friday for the city that resulted in little to no parking anywhere nearby, if not for Anne helping us gain access to the private parking for the property, we would have likely been driving around for hours. Would definitely stay again next time in Cassis!
