We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with live water on two sides of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 10 Acres nestled on 600' of Guadalupe river frontage. Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

DUE TO JULY 4TH 2025 FLOOD PLEASE NOTE .... ALL reservations for July and August MUST be cleared with me (Tom), due to search and recovery efforts in the hill country. Cabin can sleep 8-10 guests, but currently there is no running water for kitchen, bathrooms, laundry ... to be repaired soon ... there IS bottled water and ice ... cabin is available for emergency personnel for search efforts for a discount ... accepting normal bookings for September and beyond on a case-by-case basis.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.
