Vacation rentals with beach access in Frini

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

Apartament foarte curat, cu toate dotarile necesare, privelistea superba, plaja mica privata in fata, magazine in apropriere, gazda desi nu ne-am vazut decat o data am avut o comunicare foarte buna, recomand cu placere! Cu siguranta o sa revin in acest loc deosebit!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und kommen gerne wieder! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und 20m neben einem süssen Strand. Nebenan hat es auch gleich einen Store, super Lage! Danke für den kurzen perfekten Stay!

We had a lovely stay at Vasiliki's place. The location was perfect for us, as we have spent a full week travelling the island, so it was easy for us to go south to Vasiliki and all the beaches, or towards Lefkada, Karia and Nydri. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed, the yard is beautiful. Vasiliki is an amazing host, we found yogurt, tomatoes, water and beer in the fridge, and when we left she kindly offered us oregano from her yard. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή αν επισκεφτείτε την Λευκάδα, αν και οι καλύτερες παραλίες θεωρώ πως είναι στην άλλη μεριά, αλλά αυτό δεν είναι πρόβλημα καθώς θα χρειαστείτε σίγουρα αμάξι για την μετακίνηση σας. Τέλειο σπίτι ωραίο υπνοδωμάτιο, ωραίος φωτισμός, η κουζίνα από ότι είδα πλήρως λειτουργική(δεν μαγειρέψαμε). Εχει ότι χρειάζεσαι ακόμα και για πολλές μέρες(πλυντήριο, σίδερο, φούρνο, χρηματοκιβώτιο). Το μόνο αρνητικό ίσως να είναι ότι το μπάνιο κρατάει κάποια νερά, ίσως να πρέπει να το τσεκάρετε(δεν ήταν πρόβλημα για εμάς, ίσως για κάποιον άλλο) Περάσαμε τέλεια!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Angelos! Er war ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich regelmäßig erkundigt hat, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Besonders hilfreich waren seine Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Ein echtes Highlight war das Restaurant direkt am Wasser, in dem Angelos arbeitet – nur ein paar Treppenstufen von der Unterkunft entfernt. Das Essen dort war fantastisch und für uns eine klare Empfehlung! Die Unterkunft selbst war super ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt bei Angelos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The Enigma boho appartment by Spyridon was all we hoped it would be for our short stay in the charming town of Preveza, Greece It was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and equiped with everything we needed. It is a short walk to the buzzing center of town with resteraunts galore and quaint boutique shopping. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

not just clean, spotless clean. the house looks brand new with a lovely glimpse at the sea and a cozy veranda. easy to reach, short walk from the beach and great hosts. Will come back for sure.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Harel was fantastisch. Veel privacy, mogelijkheden om zowel in de schaduw als in de zon te zitten. Comfortabele woning, gezellig ingericht. Alles was aanwezig zoals in de advertentie. Het uitzicht van af het terras was misschien wel het mooiste van de woning. Toegang tot het strand op loopafstand via een trap met een behoorlijk aantal treden. Hier ook een aantal restaurantjes. Kortom een aanrader als je in Vasiliki wilt verblijven.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der hübschen Wohnung. Es hatte alles zu bieten, was wir brauchten. Sehr zentral und viele exquisite Restaurants. Konnten uns sehr entspannen und im nahe gelegenen Meer (wenige Minuten mit dem Auto) baden.

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer, die Waschmaschine und die in der Wohnküche befindliche Klimaanlage. Der kleine Weg zwischen Terrasse und Meer ist absolut nicht störend, er ist nur für Fußgänger und nicht für Autos! Man hat tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Restaurants und der Bäcker aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der ideale Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber abends trotzdem in Ruhe, ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es wäre toll, wenn in Zukunft eine Kaffeemaschine und zwei Sonnenliegen vorhanden wären. Ansonsten hat man alles vorgefunden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen.

The location was perfect! Only a couple minutes to get to the action in the village. The room was clean with lots of extra towels and blankets. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful!! The bed was actually very comfortable, as well as the pillows. Slept amazing. I felt very secure and safe. Ioanna was so so friendly! She left beer and a salad in the fridge. She got us some dessert from the bakery and even bought me and my friend cute bracelets which were left in front of the door with a nice note when we were checking out. Will definitely be coming back to this Airbnb. Everything was perfect.

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός, ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας το έφερε αμέσως. Σαφείς οδηγίες για όλα. Στη δεύτερη διαμονή μας διόρθωσε κάποια πράγματα που είχα επισημάνει και έκανε ακόμα πιο αναβαθμισμένο το διαμέρισμα. Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο με όλες τις παροχές μέσα! Το συστήνω σε άλλους επισκέπτες! Ευχαριστούμε!!

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla moglie di Athanasios con gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha offerto subito un caffè greco di benvenuto accompagnato da biscottini deliziosi fatti in casa. Ambiente genuino e riservato per chi come noi desiderava tranquillità e relax. La struttura era come descritta in annuncio con facile parcheggio e senza nessun tipo di impedimento. Per concludere la sera prima della partenza durante i saluti ci è stato donato un presente inaspettato che ha reso il nostro soggiorno anche sul finale davvero meraviglioso. L appartamento aveva tutti i confort ed era pulito ed ordinato. Consiglio vivamente questo host a tutti coloro che vorranno visitare l isola di Lefkada.

Il soggiorno in casa è stato molto piacevole. Casa trovata pulita ed in ordine. Ellie è stata estremamente disponibile e proattiva a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Una sola piccola pecca è la posizione un po' troppo a ridosso della strada: la sera si sentono rumori di auto e moto che sfrecciano. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi di fronte casa è molto piccola ma a 2 minuti c'è una spiaggia molto bella. Nel complesso molto consigliata.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !

The house is beautiful, very clean and it has everything that you need for a pleasant stay. The area is quite, has 3 beaches close enough and some very good restaurants and cafes. Preveza is also close and you can even call a taxi to drive you there. We absolutely recommend it and we are going to plan a visit again! Daniella and Veljko are both amazing and very helpful! Thank you very much for making our stay wonderful! 😊
