Lütt Uttied in Jever – a beautiful small town in the district of Friesland. Our small vacation apartment (25 sqm) can accommodate up to two people and is located in the rear building of a charming old structure. “Lütt Uttied” is centrally located; the city center is within easy walking distance, as are bakeries and grocery stores, but it is still wonderfully quiet. For a detour to the North Sea, a bike ride (approx. 15 km) through the Hookstief to the small coastal town of Hooksiel is worthwhile.

The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

In beautiful Friesland, close to the North Sea, lies the idyllic Branterei farm complex. Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & grill in a quiet location directly behind the dike. The beach in Harlesiel and the harbor of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, spa cards are not necessary.
