Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

This Lakeside Retreat was a perfect weekend escape for two couples. In late September, we seemed to have the pond to ourselves and enjoyed sharing time around the firepit overlooking the lake. The Bathroom was spacious and one level up from the bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare an excellent meal. I would highly recommend this cabin to a a small group of friends or family looking for a great location near Portland and Lake area attractions.Our host Bobbi was very responsive.

This was the perfect stay! Carrie’s place was clean, adorable, thoughtfully outfitted, and just generally a space we looked forward to coming back to at the end of our days traveling around mid-coast Maine. The town of Thomaston is super cute and having a walkable grocery store and little cafe made our trip extra sweet. Carrie as a host was the best part. She is super accommodating, available, and kind. She offered to set up the Murphy bed for us when we were checking in after a super long drive and was really gracious when we had to cut our trip a little short unexpectedly. You can tell she’s put a lot of thought and care into her space and guest comfort. Truly an ideal host. We’re already looking forward to returning!

This home was perfect for my family during a difficult time of grief. All of my adult children and I had our own sleeping spaces. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, dining, and living areas, and especially the ping pong table. We would definitely recommend this home to large families.

My cousin and I spent a week at holly's house. We made our day trips from there. All the sights were easily and quickly accessible by car from there. Whether in the north, south, east or west of Maine. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a fully equipped house. From check-in to check-out, everything was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there.

Bonny's Maine cabin was rurally located but with easy driving access to nearby amenities. It was quiet and peaceful, so very relaxing. The space was exactly as advertised in the pictures and listing. Thoughtful touches throughout. Beds very comfortable; bathrooms clean. Bonny was very responsive, patient and helpful in communications. Hope to come back.

I've stayed in a lot of AirBnBs over the years, and I have my favorites, but I can confidently say that David's cabin has skyrocketed up to the top two in my list after just one stay! The cabin is easy to find, close enough to town to pick up good groceries or access shopping/restaurants, yet private enough to feel like you're getting away. David is super responsive and provided lots of helpful info at checkin and in the guide binder. The cabin and property are GORGEOUS! Beautiful waterfront views and access, super peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is well supplied with everything you could need: cooking supplies, games, karaoke, TV, books, zero gravity chairs, the works! Very thoughtfully appointed and well maintained. Cabin was also spotless and very easy to settle into, and easy to keep clean myself throughout my stay (something that is very important to me). Truly, this property is a gem -- I will definitely book again!

Sea Maine was a quaint Maine Cottage in a Coastal Maine neighborhood. Literally 2 minutes walk from door to some of the most breathtaking views one can find. The neighbors were wonderful and the community a quiet affluent vacation group. The one item I would improve upon is better living room seating. That to the side it was a very very pleasant stay. Mobile restricted vacationers do need to know that there are some narrow steep stairs to the bedrooms. Overall 10 and Thank you so much!!

Great place to have fun on a beautiful piece of land - large (2-3 acres) private feeling spot with water on two sides. Dogs loved running around the property and swimming, we enjoyed using the four adult and one kid's kayak and having a fire in the huge fire pit as well as playing lawn game and hanging around outside. House is also a great place to relax as a group. Open concept kitchen/LR/DR with lots of space for a group to spread out; with full bathroom and two bedrooms with big beds all on the first floor. The third bedroom on first floor has two singles; you walk through this bedroom and up stairs to the fourth bedroom with small bathroom. Through this room you find the loft. If everyone needs privacy in their rooms may not be ideal, but for close groups this is a great place.
