The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

A parking space and a small breakfast terrace are right by the house. 2 e-bikes can be rented. The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.
