Waterfront vacation rentals in Fribourg

The house was perfect for our extended weekend with three families (6 adults, 2 teenagers, 5 children). It is very spacious, practically furnished and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There was plenty to discover around the house for the children. The associated seating area with a new barbecue area invited you to linger and enjoy, and the location is ideal as a starting point for hikes. If you want complete peace, you should contact the tenant of the restaurant in advance and find out about the events in the lower part of the house. For us, that worked well and we got along very well and were pleased with the hospitality. Communication with Hanspeter was very straightforward, and he was also extremely accommodating and friendly.

Friendly, generous hosts, beautiful, large apartment, beautiful place, great excursions on the lake! We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful place and the apartment was very large and very clean. Lots of amenities! There was no freezer with the fridge when we thought there was one. Maybe it should be mentioned in the amenities.

Very nice and communicative hosts! A few minutes walk from the beach, restaurant and village. Despite the high outside temperatures, the studio is very cool! At night there is almost no light pollution, so you can watch the stars nicely. The bed is very comfortable. All in all, we felt very comfortable from the beginning and can highly recommend Rolf e Ilma's accommodation.

It was lovely to be by the lake and very peaceful. it was also very convenient to be right by the station and the road without having to negotiate the narrow roads that are higher up the slopes. The place was incredibly well stocked and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Christine was always very responsive to my queries.

This was an attractive apartment in the old town on a cobbled street. It was perfect for my stay.

It is a very nice apartment close to the Lake with a little beach, cafe, and opportunities for swimming and more. Very responsive host with clear instructions. We had everything we needed.

We enjoyed the week of vacation very much! Got to know a lot of new birds, met the beaver at night, watched the ducks building nests for hours. The house has a well thought-out floor plan with practical room division. Three bathrooms. Each window has a beautiful view. The large kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room are very comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay in the beautiful house.

It is a gorgeous and very calm place to stay. It looks exactly like the pictures! Lake is nearby, you can reach after 10 min walk, also very clean and well maintained, water is very clear, perfect for families with children. I can only recommend it! Hopefully we can spend some nice days there again ☺️🥂

Georg’s place is beyond my expectation. It has peaceful surroundings and a beautiful river view. What’s more, Georg and his wife are very welcoming and warm-hearted. We feel it’s like staying at home. I Highly recommend it~

This was a very nice place to stay, clean quiet and good attention to detail. Very quaint and a guest feels like a local. The walk to Gstaad is a bit long (about 45 minutes). I recommend this chalet.

Beautil apartment, excellent for 4 adults. impeccable and clean, we were not smokers and so great that not smoking is permitted. Nice little kitchen with everything one needs, a grocery store just across the street. Nice walk to the lake and views.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Upon check-in, we received clear instructions on how to enter, which made everything easy. The apartment is exactly as described. The location is easy to find and there’s a shopping center within walking distance, which was super convenient. We felt comfortable right away and were able to fully relax. We’d be happy to come back again! 😄

Fantastic place to stay and visit Montreaux and surrounding villages. Estela met me and showed me how to get around her place and gave me the Riviera card. Very peaceful and homey, I loved it and highly recommend!!
