Outside the Cabin is a deck overlooking the river with an antler chandelier. Next to the cabin is a large, tiled patio that is set up with a fireplace and barbecue. Cozy and cute, it has a very comfortable layout and is nestled in 9 Mile, close to the interstate for easy commute to Missoula, but out in the country for quiet times and stargazing, minus distractions and busyness of town. Kitchen is fully stocked and we have homemade brew on tap for the beer lovers. Enjoy an evening of outdoor cinema, a bonfire, or just a breath of fresh air.

Welcome to the Holmestead.. a Rustic dry cabin on 5 acres nestled between Mill Creek and a seasonal run off stream with easy access to the highway and only a 10 min drive to Missoula. Our property offers the peace and quiet of the outdoors while also allowing guests to make the easy 3 mile drive to the local grocery store. We look forward to sharing our piece of Montana with you! A “dry cabin” simply means that there is no running water inside the structure.

Into the Woods 32’ Camper with Slide-Out, Hot Tub

This is a beautiful camper with an awning, bunk beds, a private room with a queen bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, dining area, sofa, flat screen, air conditioning and heater. It is right next to a cute seasonal creek with a canopy and table and chairs and we also have lovely hiking trails. Dogs are allowed, cats are not allowed. Please note that we are along a busy road and that there is road noise and train tracks close by but we are also very close to amenities.
