Farmstay vacation rentals in French Flanders

Isabelle is a lovely host, very friendly & welcoming and her place is great value for money. We stayed here with our dogs who loved the well fenced yard. No fireworks at New Year which was very important to us. Beautiful forest (forêt de Crécy) nearby to go for long walks, but in winter be sure to check the hunting calendar before going! The kitchen has all necessary equipment & utensils, and the shower room is spacious. The bed unfortunately was too small and too hard for us, but that’s a personal preference! Electric heaters throughout the cabin worked well and got warm quickly. Good water pressure in the shower and no shortage of warm water. Great Wifi. Car can be parked within the gates which makes unloading luggage much easier when you have dogs and/or kids running around. There are neighbors on the front & sides but the back looks out on a nice field, it felt private, calm & very quiet. All in all a lovely Airbnb!

Excellent séjour dans le logement très charmant de Dominique et Alain. Tout est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un petit havre de paix ! Un environnement exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique ! Aucun bruit à part celui du chant des oiseaux ! Un pur bonheur ! Un accueil très agréable et très sympathique de la part de Dominique et Alain que nous remercions encore. Tout était réuni pour que notre séjour se déroule à merveille ! Je recommande vivement ce logement et nous y reviendrons très certainement pour profiter des belles randonnées qu’offre les environs !

emplacement à distance du flux touristique surtout le we du 15 août. Les commodités de cette maison de famille permettent de vivre comme chez soi. Marilyn est à l'écoute si on a besoin de qqs chose. Merci pour la bonne tarte aux pommes

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Eine traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung. Patrick Et Sabine waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine tolle Gegend um vom Alltag abzuschalten.

Fantastic stay. The holiday home has everything needed and more! Travelling with a baby and a 3 year old was made easy as Fillip had absolutely everything. The home is in beautiful surroundings, easy to find and great base for visiting Ypres, Bruges and Ghent. Fillip and his family were welcoming and gave us great recommendations. I highly reccomend!

Une bonne nuit passée dans ce superbe chalet. Accueil très sympathique. Nous avons également apprécié voir les animaux et bien sûr, le bain nordique !

Maison très agréable, un vrai havre de paix pour passer un super we en famille, au calme et proche de la plage. Anne-Sophie est très réactive. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus, je recommande vivement !

François et moi étions au rendez-vous pour notre séjour chez Valérie et Fabrice. Nous avons été conquis par le lieu très bien situé pour découvrir la Côte d’Opale. Chambre et salle de bain parfaites et extrêmement bien entretenues, délicieux petits déjeuners, etc. Au-delà, de tout cela, nous avons rencontré de superbes personnes en Valérie et Fabrice. Valérie nous a donné d’excellents conseils concernant les lieux à visiter. Nous avons vécu de beaux moments de partage…MERCI ! Grâce à tout cela, nous sommes tombés amoureux de la Côte d’Opale. A revivre ? OUI !

Fantastisch verblijf – een absolute aanrader! Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad met de kinderen en kleinkinderen, en kunnen het niet genoeg aanbevelen! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom. De gastheer/gastvrouw waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Plus de hondjes waren voor ons een meerwaarde, zo een lieverds en zeker met ons hondje die we mee hadden. Wat was dit heel leuk! Echt voor ons een herhaling vatbaar! Liefs Maureen Alles was kraaknet en sfeervol ingericht, mooie keuken, kamers en omgeving op het terrein

Goed vermaakt met onze vriendengroep! Tine was behulpzaam en aardig.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze accomodatie. Heerlijk rustig en mooie landelijke omgeving. De communicatie met Sabine verliep perfect. Duidelijke instructies hie de accomodatie te vinden en pro-actief door bv voor ons alvast de verwarming aan te zetten. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug als we weer in de buurt moeten zijn.

Our stay at Conny’s Airbnb in Aalter, Belgium was absolutely fantastic! The space was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect size for our group of six, providing plenty of room for everyone. Conny was an amazing host—she was welcoming, thoughtful, and provided excellent recommendations for local sights and dining. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Bruges and Ghent, two must-see cities. Plus, there’s a bus stop only a 10-minute walk away, making transportation super easy. We felt completely at home and highly recommend staying here. A 5-star experience all around!

Ideale plaats voor 2 gezinnen met kinderen. We hebben genoten van de jotulekachel en grote tuin. Mooie wandeling achter het huis door.

Lovely couple of days at Guy's place. Comfortable and peaceful within a cute village. The kitchen area was spacious for us all and very well equipped. Log fires kept us cosy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Guy recommended we visit the nearby town Arras and Montreuil-sur-Mer, which were easy to reach and the recommended restaurants were great.

Excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison idéale pour une grande réunion de famille. Le coin repas et le salon permettent de se retrouver tous ensemble. Toutefois, Chacun peut y trouver son intimité si nécessaire Jardin parfait pour laisser les enfants en toute sécurité. Accueil au top Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir si l’occasion se pressent afin de réunir nos 4 générations.

A beautiful guest house located in the outskirts with fantastic views. A very well kept and clean accommodation we were truly impressed. The guest house boasts of a lovely good size open plan lounge and kitchen area with access to private back garden with full use of sofa and outdoor table and chairs. The house was clean on arrival, and we loved that they had a range of toys for my children that were made full use of - So sending a huge thanks to the couple for that! The kitchen had lots to offer a space to cook and relax. A fully functioning electric hob/ dishwasher and fire pit (super easy to use). Good size beds in both rooms and my kids slept well. We travelled to Ghent and Bruges via car which took no more than 35 mins. All in all fantastic location with beautiful landscapes, Jabbeke had many shops / bakeries / electric charging points near by. Thank you to Frederiek and Riet and for their warm welcome and for letting us stay at the beautiful guest house.

Gîte plein de charme, bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche de Boulogne et de la zone des Caps. Accueil très chaleureux, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le pain et les viennoiseries tout frais fait maison le matin !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pendant ce week end de Paques. Le gîte et le parc sont spacieux ce qui a permis à tous les membres de la famille de s'adonner à leurs activités préférées. Les cuisines sont très bien équipées : réfrigérateurs, congélateurs, fours électriques, plaques électriques, micro ondes, petit électro ménagers (cafetières, bouilloires, grille pain) vaisselle en nombre suffisant, il ne manque rien ! La literie est confortable. Nous avons eu de très bons rapports avec Wulfran: sans s'être vus, nous nous sommes bien entendus et les petits problèmes que nous avons rencontrés ont été vite résolus. Nous vous recommandons ce gîte dans ce très beau cadre.

We had the cosiest, loveliest stay in Eric and Jo’s cottage-apartment! Upon arrival they had even wrote a sign with my name on saying welcome, such a sweet thought! The bed was so incredibly comfy, and shower was amazing. We are so happy we chose to stay here, and stay outside the city. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and we enjoyed cycling into Bruges, as well as running on a morning in the countryside. We had peaceful breakfasts outside in the sun too. Eric and Jo were lovely to chat to and I only wish we had more time! They are a credit to what Airbnb should be, truly incredible hosts, and went out of their way to be welcoming, warm and full of great tips and information. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks a million :)

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het huis is netjes, schoon en gezellig met een fijne, grote tuin. De alpaca’s in de tuin zijn een leuke verrassing en de ontvangst door Charlotte was super vriendelijk. Ook een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Gent en Brugge. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Super séjour en famille. Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé. Cindy est très réactive et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. C’était parfait !
