We're thrilled to offer this refurbished penthouse where you can enjoy two balconies, one of which has a south-facing, unobstructed Douro River view -- and top-speed WiFi and AC. You can walk outside and wander / bike / scoot along the Douro river in either direction. All of Porto is a short drive away, including the beach! The hosts are Porto born and raised.

Porto View 1B: STUDIO [Small Terrace & River View]

Porto View 1B is a STUDIO with a small terrace, has a pleasant living/eating area with a kitchenette and a stunning view of the river Douro. The bedroom, although not a fully separate room, is set apart by being in a superior level, overlooking the rest of the apartment and leading to a small terrace with the full view. The bathroom is modern and is equipped with a shower stall and a large showerhead. This apartment is equipped with a stove, a fridge, air conditioning and a dishwasher.

This is a calm and elegant place perfect for relaxing. Here you will be in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. This a residential part of the city and it's just a bus ride away from the city center. We are close to Porto and the city park "Parque Oriental da Cidade", in Azevedo de Campanhã (Rua do Meiral) but we have our own green park. Once per week, the flat will be cleaned and the bed and bathroom linen will be changed. We don't have a washing machine but we have a laundry service.

Our Tiny House is located on private terrace of a large garden property with vegetable beds, fruit trees, chickens, ducks and geese. A half hour walk along the Douro, or 5 minute taxi, brings you to Ribeira; a 15 minute walk brings you to Bonfim. Close to train and metro for easy access to all parts of the city.
