Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Take a vacation in a newly renovated and light-flooded apartment of a Rhinehessian farmhouse from 1927. The old plank floors in the rooms are just as well preserved as the terrazzo floors in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The mixture of old and modern makes this apartment and farmstead, with paved courtyard, barn building and residential building. The apartment is quietly and centrally located in Frei-Laubersheim and is surrounded by vineyards and forests, which you can explore by bike and on foot.

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

We offer an apartment for 3 people (double bed, fold-out sofa bed) for non-smokers (+ travel bed for children up to 3 years available). Pets are welcome. The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. For safety, there is a contactless check-in. If a personal handover is desired, please let us know in advance. We look forward to seeing you!
