You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Ground-floor beachfront apartment in Sables-d'Or-Les-Pins, located in the Casino residence. The large beach is only 50 meters from the apartment. The accommodation has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen installed in 2019, two bedrooms, a bathroom renovated in 2026, and a 20-m² wooden terrace. The apartment is equipped with fiber optics. Restaurants, bars, Club Nautique and Casino are in close proximity to the accommodation and the 18-hole golf course 800 meters away.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

"Kerkozh", my small studio in Fréhel.

"Kerkozh" is the name of our studio located in the heart of the village of Fréhel, close to shops, 2.5 km from the beach. On the ground floor of our house, it is a small independent studio with kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Entrance via a dedicated terrace. Well-kept facilities and amenities. Cash deposit required upon arrival. On the ground floor, there is also my workshop where I can organize a plastic art or art therapy session for you. We live on the floors above.

The Domaine de la Corne d'Or welcomes you in its green setting, a stone's throw from the seaside resort of Sables-D'or-les-Pins, between Saint-Brieuc and Saint-Malo. Ideally located a 5-minute walk to the lagoon and a 10-minute walk to the sea, this recently installed cottage awaits you to enjoy a weekend or your vacation discovering Brittany.

Saint-Malo and Saint-Brieuc are 35 km away. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optics. You can eat at the Hôtel Le Trécelin by calling them in advance.
