Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Fregenae

Beautiful spacious stay with a lovely garden! A 7 minute walk from a metro. Within half an hour, you'll be at the Colosseum. Lovely to be a little behind! There were eateries nearby. We just had some problems with the boiler and sometimes had to wait 10 minutes for the shower to be hot, but everything else is great!

We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

AMAZING HOUSEEEEE. If you wanna relax with the whole fam, this is the RIGHT place, away from the city. And also near to ROMANO outlet -25 mins awayy to go for luxury shopping !

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Wonderful experience! Valentino's house goes far beyond expectations. Clean, tidy, elegant and complete with everything. Too bad we only spent one night there, we will definitely be back. If you want to spend romantic days of total relaxation, Valentino's house is perfect.

The host immediately proved to be a kind and welcoming person. The apartment is well maintained, perfectly clean and with additional services. Easy to reach. Car parking is on the property. A special thank you because the host advised us where to go on the various days, both in terms of food and tourist places, making us very satisfied. We felt comfortable, highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. Her father take us to personal guided trip in poli and we are gratefull for that. thanks for special time. lethanie y tobi :)

Amazing location, short walk to the Vatican, great restaurants and the bus line! Loved the patio! Kitchen is useful for small easy meals. Furniture was comfortable to come home to after a long day of taking in the sights! Parking was easier than expected.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The nicest we have ever stayed in Europe. The hosts were the most kind and gracious people. They feel like family now! We love them!

The apartment is well equipped. The bed is really comfortable with great pillows (I have back problems, so this special emphasis). The garden is wonderful for relaxing and the sea is very close. We received great recommendations for the area from Christina and her introduction to the technical facilities of the apartment was perfect. We felt very comfortable!

We had a great time, accommodation 10 minutes from the metro, very well equipped, extremely clean and modern decor. The big plus is the outdoor space that allows you to relax in the sun after visiting the city. Excellent hospitality, advice and a very quick response to every request. I recommend it!
