There is a King bed with storage and a work desk with a comfy chair. New granite and tiles throughout. The condo has a flat screen TV along with cable & reliable, fast wifi. Giving the Villa that spa coastal feeling. On the Channel with a pool in the front yard & beach in the backyard. Dock to tie up or drop our sea kayaks & paddle boards off. Haven Del Mar — Boaters Paradise with Starlink WiFi

This Grand Bahama Vacation Rental Home was recently renovated. All photos are from March 2022. We are located on the water, with no bridges and only a couple hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Haven is stylishly decorated with a West Indies Contemporary Vibe making it a warm cozy place to read, relax or sunbathe. She has a simple charm for both the beach goers and the sport fishermen. Pull your boat up to the dock or simply throw your bait in the water right out back at the landing.

This luxurious 4 Villas complex is located on Bell Channel Waterway in Lucaya. Each 4 bedroom 2 story unit has 3 1/2 baths, an office, garage, and views from all windows overlooking the Waterway. For boaters there are deep water slips available for lease and the docks are only minutes to the turquoise Bahamian sea. Scarborough is Bahamian canal living at its finest and a must see if you are looking for tastefully designed condominium with boat dockage and centrally located.
