Everything about this Airbnb was fantastic! The check-in process was super easy and smooth, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk across the road to a stunning sandy beach. The perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The house is older, but the apartment is modern and spacious. The location is quite good for visiting Ortigia and visiting the excavations. The only problem was the smell from the sewage in the bathrooms, especially in the smaller one. Dario answered our every question very quickly and gave us a lot of information.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in dem Apartment und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Superschönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und viel Platz. Sehr sauber. Altstadt und Restaurants in 10 bis 20 min locker zu Fuss erreichbar. Griechisches Amphitheater direkt um die Ecke. Es war einfach, einen Autostellplatz zu finden und später Checkin auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pobyt u Pani Eleonory był niesamowity. Wszystko co jest w opisie i na zdjęciach znajduję się w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i przyjemnie spędza się w nim czas. Kontakt z Panią Eleonorą oceniam na 10/10 na wszystkie pytania odpowiada szybko i jest bardzo pomocny. Największym plusem tego mieszkania było właśnie to, że mogłem poznać tak świetną osobę. Jest to najlepszy gospodarz u jakiego byłem. Zdecydowanie polecam jeśli ktoś szuka wspaniałego mieszkania w dobrej cenie, ciekawym miejscu i ze wspaniałymi sąsiadami. chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

We had a great week! It was amazing to look at the sea from the kitchen and to have breakfast with this view. We also loved that the beach was just some steps away and that we had the possibility to cool down in the pool as well. In the area there is one shop to do some small shopping but you need a car to get to a real supermarket. But there are many good restaurants that you can reach by foot. I would come back!

Marco war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Während unserer Ankunft war er arbeiten, hat uns aber telefonisch den Weg zur Wohnung gelotst und hatte Tipps zum Parken. Wir haben jederzeit einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Der Hafen, City und auch Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Amphitheater waren fußläufig gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht den Bildern. Obwohl die Wände dünn sind, konnten wir gut schlafen (auch unser Kleinkind 22 Monate). Marco wohnt direkt nebenan.

Piergiorgio, persona per bene ed accogliente, disponibile e da ottimi consigli per i dintorni da visitare e da gustare. Villa accogliente, rilassante e ben attrezzata da ogni confort e servizi. Zona piscina? nulla da eccepire. Consigliatisso

La casa decisamente merita se si è in gruppo…noi avevamo alla fine affittato tutte le camere e quindi avevamo casa con uso esclusivo…eravamo in 15 La casa è rifornitissima…c’e tutto quello che può servire, ampio spazio fuori ( i ragazzi hanno sempre giocato ascoltato musica all’esterno e noi adulti dalla parte opposta con musica e grigliate) Giovanni è gentile disponibile è sempre attento alle esigenze. Ci ha consigliato posti sia per mangiare che per andare al mare Unica pecca forse che intorno non c’è nulla e bisogna sempre prendere macchina ….ma poca cosa!!! Lo consiglio fortemente!!!

Ein ganz wunderbarer Ort, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Paola ist eine super nette hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Alles war unkompliziert und einladend. Sie hat das Ferienhaus mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Das ganze Grundstück ist traumhaft schön gelegen, der Pool ist beheizt und lädt selbst im April schon zum Baden ein. Es gibt freundliche Hunde, Katzen und Hühner und noch viel mehr zu entdecken, nicht nur für Kinder. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder zurück an diesen zauberhaften Ort.

Great place to stay with loads of indoors and outdoors space for a large group. Really well situated for getting around the South East of Sicily.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Casamarza – und es war einfach großartig! Die Villa war super sauber, modern ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der Gastgeber Filippo – ein unglaublich herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflüge gegeben. Außerdem war er jederzeit erreichbar und stand uns bei allen Fragen sofort zur Seite. Wir haben uns in der Villa rundum wohlgefühlt und danken Filippo von Herzen für alles. Grazie mille, Filippo! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay in Tenuta San Calogero. The house is beautiful, we loved the interior design, old wooden furniture and some local details. The kitchen was small but in our opinion equipped really well, it was comfortable to prepare simple dishes. Garden is also marvelous and the swimming pool clean and refreshing. We were surrounded by orange trees and olive groves, usually the only sounds were those made by horses and birds. However, last night was a disaster- it was a big party nearby and we couldn't sleep until 02:30 am. We also heard our neighbors when they were talking but they were rather calm so we weren't much disturbed by them. Our grade is high though, because except that one night our stay was really good.

Très bel appartement bien situé. Extrêmement fonctionnel, bel espace, équipé, agréable, prês de la cathédrale. Communication facile avec Paolo. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Appartamento nuovo con aria condizionata e zanzariere su tutte le finestre e alla porta d’ingresso!. La signora Elide molto disponibile come la Sig.ra Giovanna che ci ha assistito per ogni evenienza! Un guasto elettrico nel paese, non dipendente dalla struttura, ha messo in black-aut quasi tutti i servizi dell’appartamento, ma la Sig.Elide e suo marito con la bravissima e gentilissima Sig.ra Giovanna si sono subito adoperati per risolvere il disguido in tempi rapidissimi e con la massima efficienza! Veramente delle bravissime e squisite persone! Grazie ancora di tutto Elide e Giovanna! Io e la mia compagna raccomandiamo a pieni voti questo appartamento per chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno in tranquillità a pochi passi da Portopalo di Capo Passero, posizione strategica per chi volesse visitare le città di Agrigento, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Siracusa, Ortigia e la splendida Marzamemi! Non perdetevi un bagno all’isola delle correnti!!!

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Zu Fuß war einiges schnell zu erreichen. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Die Dame war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat mir einige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Beste Grüße Kevin

We loved our stay here and we really felt at home immediately. The apartment is wonderful with a balcony overlooking the Tempel of Apollo, the market square and you can see the ocean. Every room is tastefully decorated and next to the lovely kitchen is a beautiful large terrace, you can also use for outdoor meals. A perfect place to stay in Ortigia.
