Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

Wir hatten zu zweit 5 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Gianmario. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Altstadt von Noto genießen zu können. Die Terrasse haben wir für die Pause am Nachmittag genossen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden und auch gut zu finden, wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat. Der Check-in & Check out durch Luisa war sehr nett, unproblematisch und unterhaltsam. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!

Alles super! Martina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Terrasse ist wunderbar mit dem schönen Olivenbaum, da kann man schön essen und die Abende genießen.

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung! Gut eingerichtet. liegt im Außenbereich in einer Bebauung mit vier- fünfstöcken Häusern. Der Parkplatz ist gesichert mit einem elektronisch steuerbaren Tor. Beim Berufsverkehr einiges los auf der Straße, sonst aber in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hat einen Balkon. Man kann zu Fuß zum archäologischen Park gehen, etwa 10-15 Minuten, dort sind vormittags sowieso alle Parkplätze belegt. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gut eingewiesen in die Wohnung und dann noch wichtige Tipps gegeben, z.B. Restaurant, Einkaufen, Parken.

Ich war einige Tage für einen kurzen Urlaub mit einer Freundin in der Unterkunft, alles war wie beschrieben und wir waren sehr zufrieden. die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen in der Altstadt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Erkundungen. Die Räume sind recht dunkel, was man auf den Fotos ja auch sieht und was nicht schlimm ist, da man ja eh meistens draußen ist. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Mi sono trovata talmente bene da ritornaci per altre due volte. Con questo soggiorno sono al terzo. E se ci saranno altre occasioni sarà sempre la prima scelta.

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulitissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, fatto lavatrice e goduto del bellissimo terrazzo. Il parcheggio in strada non è mai stato un problema. E non è cosa da poco.

Le logement est propore, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La chambre est grande et le lit est confortable. Il est très proche d'Ortigia à pied et du marché quotidien pour faire les courses et pas loin de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour vous déplacer vers Catane, Noto, Raguse etc. il est calme ce qui est bien pour se reposer la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir dans le noir complet pensez à prendre un masque il n'y a pas de volet et l'éclairage public est présent. Fabio est très réactif aux messages et très sympathique. L'arrivée se fait facilement et en toute autonomie. Rien ne nous a manqué, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.

Corso Gelone (dove si trova l'alloggio) è una strada comoda e ben collegata sia per il centro di Siracusa e Ortigia che per le altre zone di interesse (area archeologica vicinissima). Il palazzo dall'esterno non è bellissimo, ma l'appartamento è super (pulito, confortevole, doccia grande, ordinatissimo e munito di tutto il necessario). Comunicazioni eccellenti e veloci, check-in e check out automatici, semplici e comodi. Grazie di tutto, esperienza perfetta!

As a solo traveller this was a great place to stay. It was clean and tidy and well located. Just around the corner was a very good supermarket ans so many restaurants all within a few minuets walk. It is very central in Ortigia though at night very peacefull. The Train station and Bus station are only 20 minuets walk away. Jessica was very helpful and welcoming and made some very helpful recomendations for days out and places to visit. I would highly recomend this property.

The flat is amazing!!!! We were 5 girls and loved our staying!! The host was kind, welcoming, accommodating. The place was spotless. The pool was clean and warm with a great view. The mount Etna view with the morning coffee is everything one can wish for!

Avons passé un très bon séjour de plusieurs nuits dans l'appartement du 2ème étage dans cette maison au calme entourée d un grand oasis de verdure et avec une belle et grande piscine. Transats à disposition. L'hôtesse est toujours reactive et sa famille discrète. Si vous êtes une-e lève tard n'oubliez pas un masque car les rideaux occultants ne le sont pas vraiment et il n y a pas de volets. L'appartement du 1er étage semble avoir une terrasse plus grande, en tout cas avec vue sur piscine. Sa 2ème chambre a une vraie fenêtre et non des veluxes comme au 2ème étage.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jour sur ce très joli domaine privilégié. Un cadre idéal entouré de vergers au son des cigales et grillons. Nous avons pris le logement appartement avec le balcon ce qui permet d’avoir un espace de vie confortable. Ce que nous avons aussi apprécié c’est le calme à l’écart de la masse touristique en pleine campagne. Cet endroit est très intimiste pour les couples en besoin de se ressourcer. La piscine est vraiment un plus pour se rafraîchir et passer d’agréables moments. Il y n’y a qu’une vingtaine de minutes pour aller à Syracuse ou à Noto. On était situé dans un triangle d’or. Les hôtes bienveillants nous ont également très bien accueilli avec une arrivée tardive et flexible. Ils nous ont transmis de façon claire et précise les informations d’accès au logement. À conseiller ++++

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Paola. Es war tatsächlich genauso schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man wacht mit dem Meeresrauschen auf, die Sonne über dem Meer, es ist herrlich! Es gibt, wenn man bereit ist, etwas Auto zu fahren, viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge, ein sehr schöner Sandstrand ist gerade mal fünf Minuten entfernt (Agnone Bagni). Die Menschen, die einem begegnen, sind sehr freundlich, das Essen köstlich, das Klima im Oktober perfekt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, man kann auch mal selbst kochen, wenn man mag. Paola ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, es gibt viele gute Tipps und Anregungen, sie ist jederzeit kontaktierbar. Auch Ketty, als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sagen: Vielen Dank, es war wunderschön. Einziges (kleines) Manko: Der Pool lädt insgesamt nicht so sehr zum Baden und Spielen ein, er ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. We have been invited to an Aperitivo with Sicilian wine and food, we loved it. We can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to stay around Noto/ Marzamemi. Amazing location with fantastic sea views and views of Mount Etna. We visited end of October and basically had the complex to ourselves (including the pool!). Marco was extremely helpful and very welcoming. We hired a car for the week so that we could visit the amazing beaches up and down the coast, and of course, Etna. Direct access to the sea at the bottom of the apartments is closed, but it is not far to reach via another footpath.
