Vacation rentals with beach access in Free municipal consortium of Syracuse

Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

THE PERFECT LOCATION and the BEST view. We were very pleased with the apartment. The view and location are even better than described. There is some street noise during the day and evening but very quiet at night.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

We were thrilled to have spent a few days at Alessandra’s place. It’s proven to be a great idea to opt w Ortigia to within Syracuse, lots to see, walkable, amazing architecture, mini beaches around. This specific house has been great as it’s east facing that seemed a bit more quiet side of Ortigia, through the windows you overlook the sea and a cute square. We enjoyed just taking short coffee breaks across the street by the water. 🌊 The space is perfect for 2 ppl equipped w all we needed even for eating in and cooking some basic things. Coming by car, accessing the island and parking needs some attention, but nothing you couldn’t fix and Alessandra has been a great helping hand here w hints.

First time in Syracuse - we chose Salvatore’s place as it is perfectly located in the beautiful Ortigia island and looked both smart and with a small outdoor roof space. We were not disappointed! The place is perfect, tasteful and suited us really well (a couple). Great bed and shower, good facilities in the kitchen and everything is literally spotless. The small balcony/ roof space was delightful to sit outside in the morning sun or evening. The location could not be better as it is literally within 5-10 walking distance from beautiful sites, the sea and great restaurants. Salvatore was really helpful and friendly - assisted us for example on booking a space for our car very close to the house, recommended restaurants etc. You will be lucky if you get to stay in this lovely place in gorgeous Syracuse!

This is a fantastic location; you wake up next to a great beach and the view is wonderful. The place was very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. You're close to famous Sicilian highlights.

Great flat with superb views of the harbour. Excellent location right in the middle of all places of interest and bars + restaurants. The flat is perfect for 2 and there is extra space outdoors with the 2 terraces. Angelo was a great host and always willing to provide extra information with regards to the ZTL , parking etc….

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber kein Drama. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist entsprechend ruhig. Für Restaurants und Supermarkt benötigt man das Auto. ein kleiner gratis Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und war schön und recht sauber und bietet viele Muscheln zu sammeln. kommen gerne wieder

La villa è stupenda e posizionata in un luogo bellissimo, l'accesso alla spiaggia e la vasca idromassaggio la rendono un luogo di pace. Straordinario il panorama dalla camera patronale. Viviana si è dimostrata disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e piena di ottimi suggerimenti per i dintorni. É stata una vacanza di vero relax

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Kleines, aber feines Apartment, das ich gerne empfehlen kann. Francesca war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann die Stadt von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Parken konnte ich umsonst auf der Straße vor dem Haus.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Aldos Strandhaus. Anfang Oktober hatten wir den Strand, der direkt vor dem Haus beginnt, häufig ganz für uns allein! Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Der Einstieg ist flach, der Sand weich und das Wasser kristallklar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen in 10 bis 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge gemacht nach Syrakus, Noto, Marzamemi und mit unseren zwei Jungs natürlich auch zum Ätna! Alles empfehlenswert! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Salvatore und seine Frau war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation, auch mit Aldo, einwandfrei! Insgesamt können wir einen Urlaub in Aldos Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

I due appartamenti si trovano in una splendida villa privata con ampio spazio esterno, cancello privato, spazio per giocare per chi ha bambini, docce esterne, barbecue. Sono comunicanti esternamente, adatti a due famiglie che si conoscono quindi per noi è stato perfetto. Ognuno ha la propria privacy, ma si può condividere una cena insieme dalle terrazze esterne. Gli appartamenti sono super attrezzati, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più. Cucina super attrezzata. C'è una lavanderia esterna con una lavatrice da condividere. Il mare è a pochissimi passi dalla villetta. La spiaggia completamente vuota nel nostro periodo, mare pulito però è un peccato soffermarsi a questa spiaggia perchè a 10/15 minuti di strada in auto si raggiungono spiagge e città stupende. E' una zona moolto tranquilla, intorno non c'è nulla quindi è necessaria un'auto per spostarsi. Non la consiglio per chi ama il caos,movida,locali e ristoranti a due passi. Complimenti a Carlo per la cura della villa.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Alles super! Martina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Terrasse ist wunderbar mit dem schönen Olivenbaum, da kann man schön essen und die Abende genießen.

Le logement est propore, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La chambre est grande et le lit est confortable. Il est très proche d'Ortigia à pied et du marché quotidien pour faire les courses et pas loin de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour vous déplacer vers Catane, Noto, Raguse etc. il est calme ce qui est bien pour se reposer la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir dans le noir complet pensez à prendre un masque il n'y a pas de volet et l'éclairage public est présent. Fabio est très réactif aux messages et très sympathique. L'arrivée se fait facilement et en toute autonomie. Rien ne nous a manqué, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement.

We loved our stay at Maria Theresa’s place! The apartment was lovely, and Maria Theresa was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the restaurant just below the apartment, which made it a bit noisy until around midnight. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
