We enjoyed our stay at Emanuele's place very much. He responded fast to any requests we had and even accommodated a very late check-in due to delays on our part. The apartment is spacious and keeps cool even in the heat of June (we didn't even use the AC). We enjoyed the spacious terrace, especially for breakfast and chilling in the evening. The marina and the beach are a 5-7 minutes walk away. The beach is very wide and clean, there are many restaurants and bars. It's also a good starting spot for daily excursions to Modica, Syracuse, Valley of the temples.

Da Riccardo ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene! Il soggiorno ci ha permesso di vivere il mare appieno e in maniera comodissima. La vista cosi come la vicinanza al mare è un qualcosa di impagabile. La casa offre tutto ciò di cui una famiglia può aver bisogno. Consigliatissimo.

This AirBnB was amazing! It’s a little bit off the beaten path, but it’s worth it. It’s better than the pictures. It’s eclectic. All rooms are spotless. The outdoor decor is very unique. And our teenagers appreciated the pool. Ragusa is close by and it’s worth the drive…North Americans get ready for great scenery and challenging driving that’s worth the view. This AirBnB is a “sleeper” in a good sense; it will surprise you and you will be very happy you chose it. Thanks Ylenia!

Die Unterkunft ist auf dem neuesten Stand und hat alles nötige, um sich einen schönen Aufenthalt zu machen. Der Meeresblick war super schön! Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Daniela même si l’arrivée fut un peu chaotique avec notre GPS et le peu d’informations sur le lieu, qui se trouve dans la campagne. Daniela ne parle pas anglais, ce qui rendait les choses un peu plus compliquées. Mais, nous avons fini par trouver, c’est l’essentiel. A l’arrivée et à notre départ, Daniela nous a offert des spécialités culinaires siciliennes, qui étaient très bonnes et des fruits délicieux (mention spéciale pour les gâteaux aux amandes du dernier jour! ) L’endroit est paisible et au calme. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine d’autant que nous étions seuls dans la location, qui comprend deux autres appartements. Les lits sont très confortables. Bref, nous avons vraiment aimé ce lieu car nous étions tranquilles. Merci à Daniela pour sa gentillesse et son accueil

We spent one night here. Although the listing mentions it is 2 apartments, we didn’t take into account what that meant. We are a family of 4 adults and our luggages were not person specific, so it would have been highly inconvenient to use the second apartment. We all fit in the first one so we chose to stay together. The queen bed is on a mezzanine above the two single beds. The mezzanine floor makes noise when someone rolls in bed or walks and it was a difficult sleep for the kids below. The parking is right beside the apartment and very convenient. The courtyard is really gorgeous and wish we were there longer to enjoy it. Overall, it suited our needs for the one night stay.

Traumhaft gelegene Villa mit unvergleichlicher Sicht. Den Sonnenuntergang vom Garten aus zu betrachten war jeden Tag ein absolutes Highlight. Der Strand ist zu Fuss über einen schmalen Pfad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und wir hatten ihn, Ende Oktober, nur für uns, traumhaft! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, das ganze Haus rustikal, passend zum gesamten Ambiente eingerichtet, was zu kleinen Einschränkungen im Komfort führen kann.

The beach is just across the road and restaurants a few 100mt walk away. The place was spotless and the outdoor area lovely. If you need to get around and visit other places you need a car. Taxi service is quite expensive and public transport not available. Thank you Alessandro!

Ottima location, gentilezza e professionalità da parte dell'host. Massima pulizia e comfort in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante ad un prezzo davvero conveniente. Tornerò sicuramente.

We had an amazing time at Fabrizio’s apartment! The most outstanding features include: it’s very well equipped (the kitchen has everything you need, plus there’s a washing machine, a small vacuum cleaner, etc.), a charming terrace, and the place is spotlessly clean. It’s also close to beautiful beaches — be sure to visit Porto Ulisse! Parking is also very convenient, with your own dedicated spot in the parking area. The only minor downside was some noise from the adjacent apartment, which could be a bit distracting if you go to bed early. However, even this small issue was quickly addressed by Fabrizio after we mentioned it. Overall, he’s a great host — responsive and friendly. We definitely recommend this place!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Davide dal 22 agosto al 02 settembre e non possiamo che parlarne bene. L'appartamento si presenta esattamente come nelle foto. Spazioso,luminoso e pulitissimo. Ristrutturato di recente e finemente arredato. Provvisto di aria condizionata e lavatrice. In casa non manca nulla. Appena arrivati Davide ci ha accolto con tutto il buonumore e l'ospitalità possibile . Ci ha mostrato la casa e consigliato su come muoversi nella zona, sia per quanto riguarda i servizi sia per quanto riguarda le località da visitare. Il mare è davvero a due passi, così come supermercato, macelleria,farmacia, bar. È stato bellissimo poter ammirare il tramonto sul mare dal terrazzino. Da Davide ci siamo sentiti a casa e abbiamo potuto passare una vacanza davvero a 5 stelle.

Il soggiorno a Villa Paradiso è stato impeccabile, migliore anche delle nostre aspettative. La casa è perfetta, dotata di tutto il necessario e pulitissima. La piscina è grande e circondata dal prato, un angolo di relax, che ci siamo goduti anche con due bambini piccoli. La zona barbecue e forno è anch'essa dotata di tutto il necessario per essere sfruttata al meglio. In aggiunta, una delle cose per noi più importanti... l'intera famiglia che ci ha ospitato e che abbiamo avuto la fortuna e il piacere di conoscere di persona è stata efficientissima sulle indicazioni e consigli, sempre reattiva a ogni nostra domanda anche nei primi giorni da lontano, e davvero molto molto accogliente! Un posto dove di sicuro torneremo!

Super schönes und sauberes Apartment in einem Wohngebiet, 5 min zu Fuß zu einem schönen Strand mit flachem Einstieg und Stranddusche sowie einer Toilette im naheliegenden Strandcafé. In der Wohnung standen sogar ein Schirm und Stühle für den Strand zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Pool zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung mit mehreren Liegen. Pozzallo selbst hat eine schöne Strandpromenade. Maria war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Aussicht, das gesamte Gelände, das Apartment und der Pool waren ein absoluter Traum. Man merkt das ganz viel Herzblut reingesteckt wurde. Wir haben es vollends genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. :-) Danke Luisa und Samanta!

Il soggiorno da Mauro è stato bellissimo. La casa è stupenda, curata negli arredi, ampia e comoda negli spazi e molto pulita. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge e centri abitati. Molto consigliata.

Wir hatten zu dritt (mit einem 4-jährigen Kind) eine wunderschöne Zeit in Paolas Haus. Diese Gegend von Sizilien ist schon seit Jahren unsere liebste wegen der Nähe zu Scicli, Modica und wunderbaren Stränden, der tollen Landschaft und wegen des Klimas. Paolas Haus hat einen fantastischen, knackig-grünen Garten mit einer Spielecke für Kinder, alles sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist auch ganz gut ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht. Innen alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Paola selbst war leicht zu erreichen und extrem freundlich. Ich kann dieses Haus nur sehr weiter empfehlen. Besonders wichtig: Man ist komplett für sich, bekommt wenig von den Nachbarn mit (außer einem romantischen Hahnenschrei ab und zu), hat einen großen Außenbereich und ist in einer Viertelstunde an den schönsten Stränden. Phänomenal! Wir kommen wieder!

Host perfetta. Gentile ed affabile. Molto discreta ed al contempo disponibile. Casa comodissima e spaziosa. Dotata di ogni comfort ed accessorio. Pulita così come la biancheria che è stata fornita. Se torneremo a Modica sarà la nostra prima scelta.

They have thought of everything and with immense taste. Minutes from the centre of beautiful Modica, this is the perfect place to relax, pamper yourself and explore the amazing sights and history and offering a great range of restaurants and bars. The hosts could not have been more charming and helpful. This is a perfect bnb. Grazie!

We spent lovely 5 days at Alessandra's place. It's a perfect place to come if you have children – both the apartment and the amazing terrace are very safe for toddlers, there is a plenty of baby equipment that we could use and also many toys and other useful things for the beach. Alessandra and Hedi (and their dog:) are super friendly, warm-hearted hosts, very helpful and communicative. It really seems they enjoy having guests and taking care of them. In November the neighbourhood was very quiet, we had the beach for ourselves. Overall a great experience!

A nice modern and very clean place close to Ispica centre, with plenty of public parking right in front of the house or around the corner. Ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate more due to the sofa bed in the living room. It was very easy to communicate with Giacomo. Ispica has some really beautiful buildings and nice restaurants too.

Tutto perfetto intero appartamento anziché la stanza concordata. Purtroppo per via dei lavori in corso è stato complicato raggiungere il luogo facilmente. Lorenzo però ci ha dato delle informazioni alternative valide.
