Laura und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und nett, immer erreichbar und dennoch diskret. Es werden diverse Informationen für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, dazu gehörten bei der Ankunft auch ein paar Lebensmittel. Trotz hoher Temperaturen kann man die Zeit sehr gut auf der überdachten und mit Sonnensegel bespannten Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten verbringen. Die Anlage selber ist sehr gepflegt, Laura und ihre Familie kümmern sich sehr gut darum. Zum weitläufigen Strand ist nur die vor dem Haus gelegene Straße zu überqueren. Zwei Stellplätze auf dem Gelände sind ebenfalls sehr komfortabel. In den nächstgrößeren Orten (Pozallo und Ispica) sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir fanden es mit zwei Familien super.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut eingerichtet, toller Pool und vieles Interessantes in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir haben uns bei Paola und Giorgio sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Nachbarskatzen kamen sehr häufig zum Essen auf der Terrasse mit dazu.

We spent one night here. Although the listing mentions it is 2 apartments, we didn’t take into account what that meant. We are a family of 4 adults and our luggages were not person specific, so it would have been highly inconvenient to use the second apartment. We all fit in the first one so we chose to stay together. The queen bed is on a mezzanine above the two single beds. The mezzanine floor makes noise when someone rolls in bed or walks and it was a difficult sleep for the kids below. The parking is right beside the apartment and very convenient. The courtyard is really gorgeous and wish we were there longer to enjoy it. Overall, it suited our needs for the one night stay.

Wir waren im Sommer für 7 Tage bei Claudio - 4 Erwachsene. Es war wunderbar ! Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 4, unten ist ein großer Küchen/Wohnbereich, oben sind 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Alles ist blitzsauber. Das Beste ist allerdings der Aussenbereich - super Pool, schöner gepflegter Garten, mehrere Terrassen und wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus liegt Abseits gelegen und ist sehr ruhig (wesentlich mehr Natur- als Autogeräusche). Zum Dorf könnte man ggf. Laufen allerdings ist es mit dem Auto besser. Dort gibt es wunderbare Granita und kleine Einkaufsläden. Zu den Stränden sind es ca 45min und es gibt einige tolle Orte zu erkunden. Aber am Besten ist Claudio, der sich mit viel italienischem Herz und Einsatz um alles kümmert und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle ist. Top Service, super location und toller Outdoor Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa villetta insieme a due coppie di cari amici. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è molto grande quindi si sta comodi ed è possibile godere della propria privacy anche se si è in tanti, anche grazie al numero dei bagni disponibili. La vista sul mare è davvero impagabile, abbiamo passato dei bei momenti in terrazza a guardare le onde e il tramonto. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, ottima perché in pochi minuti si possono visitare le spiagge più belle della zona, e anche visitare le città barocche dei dintorni. L’host è stato disponibile e gentile, la casa ha tutto ciò che possa servire ma comunque ci è stato chiesto di dare feedback a fine soggiorno. È stata un’esperienza positiva, e dato che torniamo in quella zona periodicamente, mi piacerebbe tornare ad alloggiare a Villa Cala Cuticchi.

La mia compagna ed io abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana. Abbiamo esplorato il ragusano ed il siracusano, territori in cui c’è letteralmente l’imbarazzo della scelta su ‘cosa fare’. Questo per dire che ogni giorno, quando tornavamo stanchissimi ma felici, eravamo assolutamente certi di poterci ricaricare e rinfrancare a Casa Papanno! Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa, totalmente a nostro agio: l’alloggio si trova nella suggestiva e tranquilla campagna modicana ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per poter essere vissuto comodamente, è molto pulito e ben organizzato. C’è un meraviglioso giardino in cui potersi rilassare, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina! Non ultimo, segnalo l’estrema gentilezza dell’host, solerte e prodigo di utili suggerimenti. Insomma, speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Davide dal 22 agosto al 02 settembre e non possiamo che parlarne bene. L'appartamento si presenta esattamente come nelle foto. Spazioso,luminoso e pulitissimo. Ristrutturato di recente e finemente arredato. Provvisto di aria condizionata e lavatrice. In casa non manca nulla. Appena arrivati Davide ci ha accolto con tutto il buonumore e l'ospitalità possibile . Ci ha mostrato la casa e consigliato su come muoversi nella zona, sia per quanto riguarda i servizi sia per quanto riguarda le località da visitare. Il mare è davvero a due passi, così come supermercato, macelleria,farmacia, bar. È stato bellissimo poter ammirare il tramonto sul mare dal terrazzino. Da Davide ci siamo sentiti a casa e abbiamo potuto passare una vacanza davvero a 5 stelle.

Il soggiorno a Villa Paradiso è stato impeccabile, migliore anche delle nostre aspettative. La casa è perfetta, dotata di tutto il necessario e pulitissima. La piscina è grande e circondata dal prato, un angolo di relax, che ci siamo goduti anche con due bambini piccoli. La zona barbecue e forno è anch'essa dotata di tutto il necessario per essere sfruttata al meglio. In aggiunta, una delle cose per noi più importanti... l'intera famiglia che ci ha ospitato e che abbiamo avuto la fortuna e il piacere di conoscere di persona è stata efficientissima sulle indicazioni e consigli, sempre reattiva a ogni nostra domanda anche nei primi giorni da lontano, e davvero molto molto accogliente! Un posto dove di sicuro torneremo!

Ho affittato questa casetta con mia moglie e mia figlia di un anno e posso confermare che è perfetto per una famiglia. Si trova nel centro di Marina con tutti i servizi in prossimità e a pochi metri dal mare. Chiara e Salvatore son sempre disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi evenienza.

Wonderful place. We enjoyed every minute of being there. We travel with two small kids, and Maria had a baby bath and even baby shampoo ready for us as well as some local citrus and chocolate for the kids. This type of thoughtfulness is hard to come by. The place itself was great. Super close to Modica and Ragusa. And the meat spot was spot on. We loved the salume we got there. Can highly recommend this place.

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Aussicht, das gesamte Gelände, das Apartment und der Pool waren ein absoluter Traum. Man merkt das ganz viel Herzblut reingesteckt wurde. Wir haben es vollends genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. :-) Danke Luisa und Samanta!

We would always come back! Scoglitti is a beautiful and quiet little town with good fish restaurants and a lot of pizza places. If you don’t have a car, Alessandra got bikes to use or will help you to rent a car at the local rental place in Vittoria. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ve been sad, when we had to leave. Alessandra will help you with any problem you’ve got and will answer any question you got about the place, the town, restaurants or sightseeing. Her place feels like home and was spotless clean. There’s a reason Alessandra is and should be a superhost on airbnb. The terrace is more beautiful than the pictures and perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening. As I said, if we’ll ever come back to scoglitti, we’ll stay at Alessandra’s place. It’s a 10/10. Thank you Alessandra!

La vue de cet appartement est magnifique. Lorenzo a été très accueillant. Le logement est neuf et très beau. Un peu loin du centre de la ville de Ragusa, mais ça en vaut le coup!

First, Casa Vossia's location is central to Ispica's main sites and free parking was always available. The interior is cozy and everything is organized very well. There is a washer/dryer and even a small safe box, which I always appreciate. It's easy to calibrate the temperature in both the kitchen/dining area to one's liking, so I slept peacefully. Giacomo communicates often and as needed, and explains things clearly. My stay at Casa Vossia was very relaxing.

we absolutely LOVED our stay at Giorgia's and in Scicli. We fell in love with this Baroque City, enjoyed Giorgia's thoughtfully chosen recommendations, and felt right at home. Our hosts were kind and lovely people and we would definitely stay here again!!

La struttura è fantastica, facile trovare un posto auto, pieno centro, consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Modica o abbia bisogno di staccare qualche giorno per immergersi in una realtà molto tranquilla
