Een fantastisch appartement op een rustige plek vlak bij het dorp Sciacca met uitzicht op zee. Binnen 5 minuten loop je naar het openbare strandje en in 10 minuten ben je bij een supermarkt en wat barretjes. Het dorp is zo'n 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en met een prettig bed, een goede bank en voldoende keukenvoorzieningen. Je auto parkeer je voor je veranda.. De communicatie met Vincenzo was goed. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor strand, Sciacca Agrigento (uurtje rijden). We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad (2 volwassenen en 2 jonge kinderen). Zeer aan te raden, zeker prijs-kwaliteit gezien!

Antonino a été très sympathique et flexible sur notre arrivée retardée. L'appartement est face à la mer et la plage est à 1 min à pied, très apprécié par les enfants. Lieu idéal, à 10 min en voiture d'Agrigento et 5 min en voiture de la Scala dei Turchi (ou 20 min à pied par la plage, très agréable). Merci Antonino pour les pâtisseries succulentes. En résumé, je recommande à 100% !!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in. Christiane was very responsive and friendly and helpful. The apartment was pristine and modern and well equiped. The location along the old river port adjacent to the historic center district of Mazara was great. Fresh daily fish market right around the corner. Walking distance to Cathedral, excellent Sicilian restaurants, and great cafes. Highly recommended !

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaft schönen Meerblick. Der Strand hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, viele Leute durch benachbarte Hotels. Aber mit dem Auto sind wunderbare Strände gut zu erreichen.

Muarizia’s place was a real treasure and she was an excellent host. She was very communicative and kindly assisted us to find a driver when we lost our rental car at the last minute. Check-in and check-out were simple, with Paolo meeting us in person to show us the apartment and leave us the keys. The apartment is just as pictured, right on the sea with a lovely sitting area to enjoy the view. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Es war so schön in Siculiana Marina und in der Wohnung. Eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick und eine schöne Wohnung zum Entspannen. Der Empfang war persönlich und sehr freundlich und auch zwischendurch konnten wir alle Fragen stellen, die wir zu Restaurants oder der Umgebung hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great location.Very close to local bars , restaurants , shop and of course the beach.Great spot for our 18 year old daughter.We were confident that it was safe at night.Great outdoor space to eat,sunbathe and play cards till early hours.Appartment could benefit from some upgrade but owners are aware of it.Bathroom was freshly refurbished which was important to us.Very friendly and attentive hosts.We would stay there again.

Bellissimo appartamento, totalmente ristrutturato, pulito e completo di tutto. Posizione invidiabile perché è a 5 Min a piedi da Via Roma, pur essendo in centro l'appartamento è silenzioso e permette un riposo tranquillo senza rumori o suoni provenienti dall esterno. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e trattati come se lo fossimo, Massimiliano e Grazia sono stati un punto di riferimento, sempre pronti ad aiutarci, super disponibili e pazienti. Consiglio questo alloggio per: posizione, qualità prezzo, servizi, e soprattutto per l'host.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Aussicht aufs Meer und halt alles was man braucht als Familie. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend sind gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto von der Wohnung aus. Walter ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Het is werkelijk een heel mooi ruim huis. Er is echt heel veel aanwezig. Het strand is vlakbij en heel rustig. Je kan echt slapen met het geluid van de branding. Het contact met Gianleo verliep heel vlot en goed. We voelden ons echt thuis. (Neem wel goede muggenspray mee ;) ).

fijne vakantie begin april 2025. het appartement is heel mooi gelegen, vlakbij een strand. de zuid- en westkust van Sicilië zijn vrij ongerept en onderontwikkeld. je krijgt van de host veel tips. hij staat altijd voor je klaar. wij genoten van bezoeken aan onder meer selinonte, agrigento en sciacca. ik beveel het aan! (wat de douche betreft: hij is inderdaad ietwat onhandig maar er is volop warm (en heet) water. niet onoverkomelijk dus). grazie!

What an amazing location! The house is exactly as described -quiet, right on the beach, all amenities as listed. Miki gave us recommendations for the area. Overall a wonderful trip!

Netter individueller Empfang, Walter ist ein sehr höflicher, symphatischer und professioneller Gastgeber mit ordentlichen Englischkenntissen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet (das einzige was wir vermisst haben war eine Parmesanreibe, ein Skandal in einem italienischen Haushalt 😅), makellos sauber, schön groß und luftig. Der Blick ist toll und wie auf den Bildern gesehen, der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, aber äußerst steil. Doch es lohnt sich, der Strand ist hübsch und es war kaum was los. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett, manchmal lebhaft, doch meistens herrscht dort himmlische Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Counting the days to come back to the pearl of Sicily ❤️

We met Giovanna with family outside a restaurant in the harbor area. The apartment is a short walk away with a great view over the harbor. We missed nothing in regards to interior and will stay again next time we visit Sicilia. The hosts asked us if they could help us carry our luggage as the entrance to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs from the harbor. Parking spots are available in the near area (100m diameter).

Abbiamo soggiornato a “Casa di Franci 2” per quattro notti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Francesca e tutti i suoi collaboratori ci hanno accolto con il sorriso ed una grande gentilezza, facendoci sentire sempre a nostro agio. L’appartamento si presenta pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort, la zona è tranquilla e in 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Lampedusa, mentre anche meno per raggiungere le spiagge limitrofe. Da Francesca è possibile noleggiare anche lo scooter, nuovissimo con caschi igenizzati!! L’host è super reattivo, pronto in ogni momento a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, a risolvere eventuali problemi (poverina l’abbiamo messa alla prova) con enorme disponibilità. Ringrazio Francesca e tutti i suoi collaboratori per averci fatto sentire a casa, se torneremo a Lampedusa sarà sicuramente a casa di Franci.

appartamento molto ampio, doppi servizi, terrazzo con vista impagabile sul mare, a due passi dal porto di Sciacca e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Cucina dotata di tutto, all'arrivo acqua fresca e succo di frutta in frigo molto graditi. Accoglienza calda e familiare, molto apprezzata la lista dettagliata di bar, ristoranti, trattorie e pizzerie dei dintorni fornita dalla signora Marilina, con consigli sulle migliori specialità da assaggiare. Host sempre attenti che tutto andasse per il meglio durante il nostro soggiorno, Paolo sempre molto rapido nelle risposte alle ns richieste. Spiagge principali molto vicine, una praticamente sotto casa, le altre a pochi minuti di auto. Esperienza sicuramente positiva e da consigliare!

Prachtig appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het uitzicht op de zee is adembenemend. Het strand is 5 minuutjes lopen en met de auto ben je zo bij de supermarkt en het dorpje met leuke restaurantjes. Het appartement was schoon en Salvo was super gastvrij en een goede host. Zeker een aanrader!

A fantastic stay from start to finish. Fiorella is a wonderful host—friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to other travellers, and I’m already hoping to return in the next couple of months!

Vito und seine Frau waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben beim Check-in alles super erklärt und haben immer gesagt, dass man sich bei Fragen jederzeit melden kann. Sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und Mega sympathisch! Wirklich topp!! 👍👍👍
