In fact, you can reach (on foot) “Via Atenea”, beating heart of the old town of Agrigento, full of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Moreover, a free parking is available near the house. The terrace of () is breathtaking and sea view; there it is possibile to have a good breakfast or also a candle light dinner.

The property is located in the historic center of San Leone, a seaside resort in Agrigento, a stone's throw from the city bus stops. Within a radius of 500 m there is a delicatessen, bakery, supermarket, and tobacco shop, as well as the small port, from which the promenade departs. Adjacent to the marina is a small beach. To the west, 600 m away, there is the beach of Maddalusa. By car, the Valley of the Temples can be reached in 5 minutes, while Agrigento can be reached in 10/15 minutes.

Reachable by car, it has free private parking. The 2-story accommodation consists of four double bedrooms, three with private bathroom, large living room-kitchen area on the ground floor, living room with panoramic terrace on the first level, outdoor dining-relaxation areas with garden.
