We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, extremely clean, very stylish, and the attendance of the staff was exceptional. The staff was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located near the main square. The ladies at the reception were really friendly and very professional. The room was spotlessy clean and it has hot water for a relaxing shower. Highly recommended.

From the moment we booked, Samuel was very attentive, he gave us information and directions to make it easy to get to the hotel, his family was very attentive and helpful. The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean, the The atmosphere of the hotel is one of total disconnection, surrounded by nature, ideal for resting. The location is perfect, very close to Cerro Tusa, Samuel even offered to take me to the start of the hill trail! We will definitely be back, thanks to Samuel and his family for making our stay at the hotel very special!

The staff here was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. My wife and I coordinated a couples massage and the staff was responsive in planning this and coordinating it to meet our needs. The massage was hands down one of the best massages we’ve ever had and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the location was superb. We will definitely be back here in the future to stay longer here!

I stayed here for one night. The check in was super easy as the people in the restaurant were super attentive and super friendly. The room was quiet and the WiFi was pretty solid! There’s a large balcony that looks out on the street outside and this seems to do a good job in removing most of the outside noise. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and so was the meal that I had in the evening!

The house is very quiet, located just outside the city center. The hosts are very friendly.

The room is very big and cozy. The service staff is very nice and attentive. The hotel in general has many activities, we would like to have stayed more than one night, the spectacular view and is very close to the village. We would definitely come back.

Very good service, very friendly people who took care of us. The place was very cool and quiet, a little out of the way from the main park but very quiet, walking to the park takes about 20 minutes. Recommended

The Jardín del Rio Hotel is a space for rest, connection with the landscape and disconnection. The people who work there are very helpful, the food is tasty and the atmosphere is great. I recommend this place.

This space was what we needed, quiet, central and very welcoming, we loved it, plus no more guests arrived and we had the house for my husband and I alone, it was great. Thanks so much and we'd love to come back.
