Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Soggiornare da Laura è stato come sentirsi in famiglia. Accogliente, mi ha fornito sin dall'arrivo tutte le istruzioni della casa. Ha cercato di trovare una soluzione per tutte le mie richieste. La casa è spaziosa, e ci sono 2 bagni. Si nota che Laura ha una predisposizione a questo genere di attività ricettiva, che si tramanda da generazioni, dato che i genitori gestiscono degli alberghi sul mare e a poca distanza dall'appartamento. Mi ha anche dato la possibilità di avere prezzi agevolati qualora avessi voluto usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel (pranzi, cene, colazione, ...)

L'appartement proposé par Claudia était top. Tout était comme décrit. Un grand balcon. Propre et bien équipé. Du café et du thé à disposition quand on arrive. Très bon accueil de Claudia qui est très sympathique et répond toujours aux messages très rapidement. L'appartement est situé à 2 pas de la plage. Grande plage de sable. Place de parking. Vélo de ville à disposition pour se balader dans Cervia, et c'est très agréable. Tout peut se faire à vélo, même les courses. Supermarché à 5 minutes. Sur Cervia pour l'Ironman, l'appartement est à 1,5 kms du départ. Ce qui est top car à proximité mais au calme et éloigné du tumulte. Je recommande ++ le logement de Claudia.

Siamo stati ospiti di Francesco e Pamida durante le festività Pasquali 2025, non posso che confermare le ottime recensioni, già durante la fase interlocutoria, che ha preceduto la prenotazione, hanno dato attenzione alle nostre necessità, fornendo risposte immediate e mettendoci sin da subito a nostro agio. Al nostro arrivo, concordato in base alle nostre esigenze d’orario, e preciso che era Pasqua, Francesco ci ha atteso nel viale antistante l’unità immobiliare, un gesto davvero apprezzato. L’appartamento si presenta molto bene, curato e pulito, è dotato di una zona giorno gradevole che all’occorrenza garantisce ulteriori 2 posti letto, le camere che sono 2 garantiscono 5 posti letto comodi, inoltre è dotato di una splendida ed ampia terrazza che dà sull’area pedonale, che permette di cenare in tranquillità ma anche di passare una serata tra amici in completa privacy. Sono disponibili tutti gli elettrodomestici, dal microonde alla lavatrice, Host oltre le aspettative

The apartment was new and in a great state. Internet worked really well (important if one needs to work from there) and so did all other apartment's facilities. Giacomo, the host, was always very attentive and responsive, helpful and courteous. Parking in the area is tricky, for residents as well as tourists, but there are options to explore.

I had a wonderful stay at Marta and Ivan’s apartment. The location was perfect. Just a three minutes walk to the sea, fifteen minutes to the historic center of Rimini and fifteen minutes to the train station. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was exactly as the photos showed. The bed was comfortable and there was everything I needed for my two month stay. My hosts were kind and generous and responsive and I felt safe and secure within the gated property. When I return to Rimini, this is the property I will choose.
