Just 20 minutes from the nearest lake where you will find great fishing as well as waterfowl hunting. North Central KS is also home to some of the best deer, turkey and upland bird hunting you can find.

Ranch style house just outside town of Franklin. Beautiful country view from front porch. Huge yard, lots of parking. Spacious home with lots of room for large groups. Two car garage. Rustic country charm in a very quiet location. Nicely furnished, cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. Washer and dryer on site for guest use. Outdoor dog kennels available for hunters upon request.

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.
