Vacation rentals with a patio in Franklin County

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Craig and Janet’s place. A beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed home in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Too many amenities to list - there were thoughtful touches everywhere and the home was beautifully decorated. We truly felt like guests in someone’s private home. From the friendly and warm welcome to the gracious hospitality all throughout the home. We also enjoyed the beautiful setting and the walk to the lake. The peaceful view from the dock was worth the short hike! It was a wonderful weekend and we can’t wait to stay with them again!

Relaxing Easter weekend at Lydia’s place. Close to the campus and botanical gardens. Very quiet and pretty yard.

My stay was absolutely perfect! This is exactly what a BNB should be like. It was peaceful and private, with beautiful porch views. There was so much thought and attention given to provide guests with a seamless stay— from the cookies and coffee, to spacious rooms, to comfortable bed, I felt right at home.

Great place to stay and close to Clemson! We were able to walk to the downtown area and felt very safe.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Richard was a wonderful host. He was super accommodating to our needs, the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay for the Clemson Spring Game! The space is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts were fabulous and constantly kept us in communication with what we needed and even went out of their way to take care of us when we had a small issue. Couldn’t recommend more! We will definitely be back. It was too far to walk to the stadium, but we were able to get over there in less than 5 minutes in the car.

Great Labor Day trip with our group of friends! We are local to Lake Hartwell and found having this airbnb along with our residence was perfect to accommodate our large group! We enjoyed having the dock and brought our pontoon and kayaks to enjoy along with the paddle boards that were accessible with the home! Plenty of space for us to spread out and come together for meals! Would love to stay here again next Labor Day!

This place was perfect for our fishing trip. We had 6 guys and 5 boats but never felt crowded. Plenty of parking, plenty of room for socializing. This place had everything. would definitely recommend it for anyone going to Hartwell, especially if you have a big family or multiple families! And the Linton Realty Company were so helpful and friendly!

The lake house is beautiful. Very private and peaceful. The house looks even better than the photos. Our children loved the pool. We are already planning to return some time this summer. Thanks Ellen for being a great host.

Beautiful location. On a huge peach farm. Very private. Home had all the essentials. Appliances were new and worked great. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots, pans, plates…. Host was excellent at communicating and very helpful throughout our stay. Beds were comfy. Fresh linens. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our trip. Very peaceful and plenty of room. The screened in back porch overlooking the water was where everyone spent most of their time. Will stay here again

Beautiful new home. Very reasonable when traveling with my family of 4 couples. This is our second stay here and won’t be our last. Our elderly parents live in Toccoa so we will be visiting often. Any questions I’ve had they have responded super fast…sometimes immediately.

"Where the Tigers Stay" was our home away from home while in Clemson. I cannot thank Mike enough. It's the perfect location and had everything we needed for an extended stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It's walkable to downtown campus town, close to stores, restaurants, all you need. The condo was quiet, comfortable and peaceful for sleeping and hanging out. We were able to enjoy the pool a few nights sitting by the pool, too. It's decorated so cute in Clemson colors and decor. Mike and his wife created a "book" that describes everything you need to know about the condo, things to do in and around Clemson, favorite restaurants, transportation, etc. There's even a drawer filled with children's books if you have little ones. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Mike, for the best place for Tigers to Stay!

We had a great stay here!! It accommodated our family, everyone was happy to have their own room and bathroom! The TV is huge- we appreciated the communal space as well as the pool. There were nice touches like extra toothpaste and shampoo etc and we liked having access to the washer and dryer. Very convenient to Clemson and absolutely would stay here again! Thank you for a great visit!!

Perfect place to stay for a Mom's weekend visiting our Clemson students! We enjoyed the dock and the pool and it was an easy 10 minute drive to downtown and campus. Great place and Go Tigers!

We were grateful to stay in Robert's new place! I am familiar with the complex so I was thrilled to be back to move in my student. It was wonderful to have the space to spread out when moving was stressful. Everything was clean, tidy and ready for us to come in and relax. It was great to be able to access our steaming services in the evenings and to get a few last items washed during our stay with the laundry pods provided. Though we didn't prepare any meals during our short stay, I could tell that the home was well set up with kitchen utensils. We were easily able access the campus through downtown or around either side to avoid the heaviest traffic. There was ample parking to load and unload which was exactly what we needed. I would be happy to stay again in the future! Thank you, Robert!

A convenient and comfortable place to stay close to Clemson. We were down to visit a student and thought that this was a great alternative to trying to stay in a hotel with a family.

Excellent stay at Jacqueline’s place. Very clean and welcoming. Nice neighbors. Easy instructions including check in and check out. Everything as described including the number of steps to walk up…lol. She also responded quickly when we requested a last minute reservation.
