House vacation rentals in Franklin County

This place is magnificent. The home is near the community pool and very well designed and constructed. Shelby was a wonderful host. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and back porch were just amazing. So many details. This place is one of my very favorite places I have ever stayed, and the entire family agrees. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend and will hope to return soon!

The house was very convenient to alot of places and also fishing along shoreline is possible. Even with just some wading. The pool was nice as well. Our dogs also felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay at beach baby! Very roomy, nice kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes, and the most comfy beds! House looks a little different from photos as they are in the process of updating. They’ve done a great job on the front porch and steps, as well as the back deck. The covered front porch and the partial cover back porch are perfect for cooling off from the sun or being outdoors when it rains. The only thing I missed was the screened in part for the front porch but it didn’t interfere with our stay. I’m sure that will be updated soon as well. You can tell they’ve put some love into this place. 😍

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very accommodating and easy access. Beautiful views. So quiet sitting by the pool. It was close to Apalachicola and if you have time, go! The downtown walk is great, the Station Raw Bar is a must and the drive or walk through the historical homes is one you’ll never forget!! Love, loved this whole area!! T Free

This place is a gem! The house has everything you need including pool, hot tub, large yard, a great dock for fishing and watching the dolphins or the sunset. The location is perfect; just far enough away from everything to be quiet and private but close enough for a trip to downtown Appalachicola for shopping and dining, St. George Island for the beach, or state forests for hiking. Sara was a great host, easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful vacation rental! The home was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with cozy beds and furniture that made it easy to relax. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick golf cart ride to the beach and local stores. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Our family, including our pups, felt right at home. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for the dogs, and we loved the beautiful covered outdoor area—great for unwinding in the shade. The screened-in room with a TV and games was a great hangout spot as well. The pool was a huge hit with our grandkids. It was just the right size and depth for them to enjoy. While we didn’t use the hot tub since we visited in June, it’s a nice bonus for cooler months. Check-in & check-out were super easy, & the communication from Susan was excellent. Clear instructions made everything simple and stress-free. We highly recommend this vacation home and can’t wait to return!

Deanna is very responsive! The house was perfect and in a super quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and the neighborhood had a nice pool we hung out in a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Bungalow very pretty and in central location to restaurants, grocery, and just a short drive to St. George Island. Furnishings were comfortable and the inside laundry was convenient.

Our second year staying at Spitaki. The most accessible beach house in the most beautiful setting you will ever find. The kitchen is top notch stocked with everything you could want or need. Connie is helpful and friendly answering all of our questions promptly. St. Teresa is a slice of heaven on earth.

This location is EXACTLY what our family wanted in a vacation. Squeaky clean and well-maintained home, private and quiet, easy access to the beach, and all the items we need to enjoy the beach! This is a fantastic option if you just want to get away from the crowds and always have a dedicated spot on the beach you can walk to in seconds. We loved being able to easy head back to the deck/lanai for lunches (as well as eating out there for dinners). And the star-gazing at night was amazing! Definitely recommend getting groceries on the way to the place, but there are quite a few good restaurants that are ~20 minute drive away in Panacea. The host has great communication and obviously cares about the details; this is one of our first vacation rentals we had no issues with. Well, we did have one light bulb burn out :-)

My son wanted a quiet family fishing weekend for his 15th birthday, and Molly's place was perfect. Her home was beautiful, better than the pictures and the beds were comfortable. The kids had a great time fishing, and using the kayak, it was so peaceful. The fenced in yard and toys provided was perfect for our toddler and kept him busy. We would stay here again, thank you for being s great host.

Awesome views of the gulf from the entire back side of the house. Amazing sunrises from the deck! Just steps from the beach so no hauling your stuff a long way back and forth to the beach. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of counter and storage space in the kitchen. Utility/mud room on the side where you enter was great for leaving anything sandy (shoes/towels) you didn’t want in the house. Bedrooms/baths were set up nicely for two couples. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We had the best time at Michelle’s place! Not only was Saint George Island beautiful, but her house was perfect for us and our best four legged friend 🐶 Michelle was very communicative and responsive during our entire stay, which is always reassuring when away on vacation and staying in someone else’s home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SGI ❤️

Incredible! Bill’s Bayside Breeze was the perfect home for our family vacation. The location is nice. We were right on the bay and could launch kayaks from the backyard. The beach access and boat ramp were also a short walk away. The public beach was peaceful and our dog enjoyed it as well. The house was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house is not fancy but very big on cozy. We took food for a week and had everything we needed to make meals. Alligator Point was peaceful and scenic. Will definitely stay again!

This place was beautiful! tranquil and calm, right on the water, plenty of amenities. My friends and I had an excellent time

The host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure our trip was perfect. The house is located within walking distance of the Blue Parrot, lighthouse, coffee shop, and Candy Kingdom. The house is also equipped with large flat screen televisions, surround sound, a super nice Traeger smoker and many other features that aren’t typically included in a rental. We had a great trip.

Our family had the most incredible stay at Eva’s gorgeous home. The photos don’t even do it justice! It was spacious clean, full of anything we could ever need and we felt right at home. The house had tons of character with charming, unique touches, yet felt modern and well-appointed. Anytime we had a question Eva got right back to us so the communication was top-notch. If we’re ever in the area again, we will certainly visit this beautiful home again. 100% recommend!!!

Extremely clean, nice front porch and back porch and the beds were comfortable. Not far at all from downtown life, great local restaurants and bay access. Would definitely book again. The host was super responsive which made checking in and out a breeze.

This house was perfect for us! Open floor plan from kitchen to living room-plenty of counter space in the very well stocked kitchen for meal prep and hanging out around the snacks! Bedroom layout is great and beds were comfortable. ( often not the case!) Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch. From before sunrise and at the end of each day, we enjoyed gathering out there with coffee in a.m. and games etc in evening. We love Saint George island but this was our first stay on the bayside. It was quiet and restful. The decorations in the house are so fun too— definitely a beach feel! Can’t say enough good things about our stay !

The home had all the comforts of home. Clean and quiet. Garry and his wife were responsive, but not intrusive. Never even met them, but knew they would address any issue we might have encountered. Rates were fair, but did not like that Airbnb raised the fee and cleaning cost when we changed our reservation from three nights to four.

Enjoyed our stay as we made memories again in Carrabelle! Our travel and booking was very last minute but was super easy. Place was clean and had all the essentials needed. We decided to stay an extra night and Gina was very accommodating! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

House is gorgeous and has a lot of fun amenities. Perfect for a family or a quiet get away.

My husband and I have been visiting St. George Island with our fur babies for around 20 years and have stayed in many rental houses on the island over the years. This house is, by far, one of the BEST! House was neat and clean and just as described in the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The pool was amazing and was heated to the perfect temperature! The covered area by the pool has great furniture, a great tv and is the perfect shady spot to get in out of the sun! We had dinner out by the pool every night! They also provide all the things you need for heading to the beach for the day! We are already planning to go again in September. Thanks for a great stay! We love everything about SGI!
