2BR Oceanfront Dog Friendly | Pool | Balcony

ChristineRating, 5 stars22 months ago
We loved everything about our stay except the parking situation. We were told there was room for 2 cars. Our minivan could fit our truck could not. This unit has strictly one space. Other than parking, the view, the beach, the unit, the pool and grounds were beyond amazing!

The townhouse was perfect. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The views are amazing. You can lay in bed and watch the dolphins go by. The outdoor seating is great. You walk right out your back door and go down the stairs and you’re at the beach. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets are perfect. The shower is so nice. The washer and dryer work great. Great communication and welcome packet. We will be back!!!

Apalachicola Oyster House w/ New Dock

JoshRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife and I loaded up the Poodle and had a great 3 night stay at the Oyster House. The Private dock is incredible, and the place is cozy with tons of “beach vibe” objects all around, both inside and out. Amanda was amazing through the entire process. The house is right on the water and far enough out of town that you truly feel like you have the entire bay to yourself when you relax on the back porch or the dock. So serene.
The two-story coastal home presents a welcoming facade, featuring a large porch with white railings and ceiling fans. The surrounding landscaped area includes small plants and gravel pathways, with a clear blue sky serving as a backdrop.

New Waterfront Property/Boat Dock/Dogs Allowed

Sakinah Rating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The pictures didn't do justice! It was more spacious and open than I expected. Caught a flounder, and striped Bass. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had seasonings. The grocery store was about 25/30 minutes away ( publix & walmart) we wished we would have stopped on the way in. We went to Angelo's waterfront restaurant 3 miles away and it was great! We visited alligator point and always few other places, but honestly 3 days wasn't long enough we needed more time! Really enjoyed our stay. Host was super sweet and super responsive. House was very clean and comfy, will definitely be back...
A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, meeting the calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A dog stands on the beach, gazing at the sunset, which casts soft hues of orange and pink across the sky. Gentle waves are visible in the distance.

The Cottage at Seaforest Sanctuary

MariaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A friend of mine and I stayed for two days / three nights so we could visit the Camp Gordon Johnston Museum, which is right around the corner. It's rare to find a place that is peaceful and secluded, but close / convenient to everything, but the Cottage at Seaforest Sanctuary was exactly that. It's a quick and walk to the beach and Crooked Creek Lighthouse. We spent our evenings sitting on the screened-in back deck that overlooks the woods and it was so quiet and peaceful! The whole house is like a spa - light and open, yet the beds were cozy. Paula was great. Very friendly and helpful, and forthcoming with recommendations when we asked. The place is immaculate and is equipped with all of the basics. The Cottage is a perfect place for relaxing. Thank you, Paula!

Beachfront, kid friendly seas, seclusion, nature

MelindaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Awesome beach house with beautiful sunrises. Family enjoyed surf fishing and caught most fish around 9pm each evening when tide came in to include sharks. Grandson loved watching the hermit crabs and the shallow areas are perfect for little ones to play in. One of the best things is it's very private with no neighbors beside you so we had beach to ourselves. Would love to visit again!

By the Sea

DianeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The condom etc all our expectations. Not only is this located right on the bay that we could enjoy from the comfortable interior, well stocked kitchen and the primary bedroom there is plenty of room to enjoy solitary time. We appreciated two covered parking spaces and the elevator plus a wagon in the unit to transport belongings. We didn't want for anything when we prepared dinners several nights, fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee center. You will find maps of the area, sightseeing pamphlets and and binder with clear instructions, menus etc. Excellent Air bnb hosts. Thank you.

Waters Edge

BjRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This place was absolutely breathtaking. We have never been to this part of the gulf and were amazed by the peaceful nature of the area. We loved hanging out at Bald Point Park, eating at Trident (a must!), and watching the dolphins from the beach. It’s amazing how close they come to shore. I was able to do my ice baths in the ocean for the first time since the water was so cold. Amazing! One thing I liked best about our stay was how you can just feel the warmth of the family who owns the home. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the home and keeping it in great condition. Also, this place is HUGE! So much space for everyone to have their own little hang out spots. We brought two teenagers and my mom (75th bday!) and they all had a great time exploring the space and surrounding area. Nice to know we can bring a few more with us next time.
A wooden deck is shown overlooking a calm bay, featuring several adirondack chairs in soft hues. A small sandy beach leads to the water's edge, while a dock extends into the bay. Lush green grass and trees provide natural scenery.

Waterfront on the Bay, Private Beach Awesome Views

LynnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We found a slice of heaven and it’s called Alligator Point. We loved this home so much. Elwood was the best host ever. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like staying at my grandpas house. It was the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. We made family memories that will last a lifetime. The beach. The wildlife. The views. All of it. Absolutely perfect. Literally heaven on earth. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will be back. Get the fried flounder at Posey’s, instacart your groceries, and go to Crumbs once a day. Best. Vacation. Ever. 10/10

OUR REEL DREAM bayfront home

KimberlyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
4 years ago began the start of our annual family vacations, 3 years ago we welcomed our newest family member into the world, we have learned to see the world thru his eyes, on his spectrum, which leads us to very tough decisions when it comes to finding the right home to vacation. We knew after speaking to our AMAZING hosts Robert and Courtney that we had found our family home away from home. We made amazing memories as well as hit the challenge of Hurricane Debby in which was safely executed with the upmost professionalism. The communication and response times were impeccable! It was a pleasure to have the ability to shake hands and personally say thank you. We made some of the most AMAZING memories, got much needed relaxation and enjoyed the recommended fishing charter with Cpt. Tanner. We look forward to our next family vacation. The Matthews Family
