Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. The location is ideal for exploring Worms. By car, you can reach the city center in 5-10 minutes. Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.
