Great apartment for outdoor activities newly renovated

We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. Haus am Waldrand

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

The bright and well-kept 45 m² non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor of our house. Our large, certified natural garden invites you to relax. The edge of the forest and the starting point "Wanderbares Deutschland" are just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground for the little ones is also just 100 m away.

Schlafgast ) Für gesellige Abende mit Freunden, Kollegen oder Familie stehen ein Billardtisch, eine Musikanlage und eine gemütliche Bar bereit. Der 39 Grad warme Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar und inclusive. Die Nutzung der Fasssauna ist zubuchbar . Die Whirlpool Badewanne im SZ funktioniert leider nicht.

Timber construction trailer

The construction trailer made of larch wood is ideal for a romantic vacation for two. While lying in the loft bed, you can watch the stars through the large panoramic window or comfortably drink a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. In the small bathroom there is a sink and the compost toilet. In the building for the campers on the premises, you also have the possibility to shower and use a "normal" toilet.

Switch off~Feel good Our cottage offers you a small escape from everyday stress and noise. There is plenty of space for romantic togetherness. It is also suitable for 2 more people. It is a cozy and clean alpine hut with corners and edges. We have many guests who appreciate being able to bring their dog. That's why we call it DOG PARADISE. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of nature and can relax.

Wooden cabin in the Thuringian Forest (large)

The large, heated huts have 4-6 sleeping places and a covered terrace. Sleeping bags or bed linen can be brought or rented for a fee (€10). No plumbing in the huts! The shared sanitary facilities are about 20 to 40 m away on foot. In the area of the huts you will find campfire places, a grill can also be rented. Self-catering kitchens can be used at an additional cost.
