This small studio is cozy and filled with lots of little pieces of history. It is quite central, bright overlooking the rooftops of Paris and optimized with a double bed that rises to the ceiling. It has all amenities because it is inhabited outside rental periods and I leave available the basics for cooking, hygiene, wifi, etc. Passionate about theater, sports and culture, I would love to recommend a place or a room to go and see.

The living room sofa is convertible for up to 4 people in total in the apartment. Paris La Défense is accessible by bus in 20 min. St Lazare Station in 20 minutes too.
