Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

This was a great find and was just as advertised. There is also a free bus service that we used to cross town. It was great not having to drive!

This was the perfect place for my daughter and me on our little getaway! Linda was so helpful and responded lightning fast to all of my questions. It was clean and comfortable.

Overall good location, clean, looks like the photos. Only flag is that you can very clearly hear people walking upstairs.

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable for our group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the extra half bath made things even more convenient. The patio was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings—cozy and private. What really stood out were the hosts—they were extremely kind, welcoming, and super responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One thing to note: there are quite a few steps throughout the property, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. That said, it worked great for our group, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We could not have loved this property more. Terrific location and great space. Have stayed in other properties in Alexandria and this is by far our favorite.

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. Beautiful, modern home equipped with everything you need for a great getaway! love the fact that the home is in pristine conditions and spotless. Great taste in decor, very spacious, ideal for a big family. Only regret is that we wish we could've stayed longer. Host was very nice and willing to help! Definitely would consider returning!

When my friend went into labor our first morning at the air bnb, we reached out to Rizki to notify that 911 had been called to the property; We were met with nothing but kindness and compassion! Sarah and JT's home is lovely -- clearly a beloved house. I felt right at home during a 5 day stay. Great neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and cafés, green space. My hosts were thoughtful in having a muffin for me for my first breakfast and half and half in the fridge. The rooftop garden is magical.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

Although not as close to the action as you may want, once inside you will find a very updated home with plenty of amenities. Easy to get inside. Relatively quiet (it is DC after all). And easy check out procedures.

We booked this property for a family reunion and couldn't have been more pleased. We loved the open floor plan with the dining room, kitchen and living room area plus the beautiful patio. Our family spent so many happy hours together talking, laughing and reminiscing! The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing. The hosts were very responsive when we had just a few questions upon check in. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a group event or just have a big family that needs lots of space! The house was really nice and perfect for a get away alone and the neighborhood is nice and quiet!

This B&B is very nice, very clean. The landlord is very nice and helped us solve many problems. The room is well prepared. I like it very much. The decorative paintings on the wall must have artistic taste. It's super good. I will come again next time.

Communication was good with quick responses. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook. Streaming TV had signed-in options to us most everything (or people just didn't sign out when they left). Marketing pictures always make it seem nicer than it really is. The townhome a little older and some neighbors are run down a little surrounding them. It was cleaned the best it could for this age. The pillows weren't that comfortable as they were all big and hard...all 4 of us didn't like them (more made for show pillows), but the beds were somewhat comfortable. Thankful for a good host that communicated well.

It was perfect for a long weekend! We had 4 adults and my 11m old with us for the trip. It was enough space for us to hang out between sight seeing and exploring. It was also quiet - some street noise, but nothing crazy even on the Friday/Saturday evenings. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms for a rented crib, too. The high chair was a nice touch and we used it for quick breakfast and dinners for our son. The place is walkable to some coffee places and local resturants, but we needed to drive down to the National Mall. Not a big deal since we needed a car for the carseat. There is no private parking, as listed, but we didn't have a tough time on the weekend finding 2 hour street parking. Because we drove to various places, it was never an issue for us. We also found overnight street parking Friday-Monday. You do need to be mindful of the street parking signs, because not all blocks are the same but we didn't face any issues.

It’s a great little apartment with modern amenities. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Can easily walk to nearby restaurants and hop on a bus and go downtown. Raymond is very friendly and responsive. Would recommend.
