Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

This was a very great find. Affordable for the part of the city we were in. Lots of energy and activity around the area, with plenty of places to eat/drink within a few block radius. Close to everything you need to be close to downtown. Easy check-in process. Beautiful, clean apartment. All in all, a wonderful spot to stay.

I loved this spaced, Brandon made sure to have all the amenities listed, but he doesn’t stop there. He pays attention to his guest needs and has even the little extras a guest may have forgotten. Such as the kitchen, I loved that his kitchen is stocked with all your needs. I love that he has everything labeled around the home so there’s no guessing. Bathrooms were spotless and also stocked with his quests needs as well. Fantastic is all I have to say! What a great host Brandon is, and his commutations style is on point!!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

My husband and I stayed here right after we hot married and it was the most lovely experience! It was an absolute blast, I wouldn’t have changed a thing except I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Maud was so sweet and I loved having her as a host. Cannot recommend enough!

This was a beautiful waterfront home! This home was well equipped with everything you may need! The host was available if we needed anything! Would definitely recommend!

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Big shoutout to Joel and his space! Joel welcomed us to the Airbnb, gave us crystal clear instructions on how to get in and out, and showered us with a ton of neighborhood recommendations. The space itself was a great reminder that not all modern AirBnbs need to be soulless gray boxes. We had a great time reveling in all the kitsch. Lots of communication and flexible checkin/checkout times were a bonus. Thanks Joel!

Rebecca’s place was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. So happy that our dogs were able to stay with us! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a path nearby that lead to a playground and area to walk our dogs. Will definitely stay again!

They exceeded our expectations with the spaciousness of the place! It was perfect for my sister and me with two nice bedrooms. It had good lighting and comfortable temperatures. Best of all it was very convenient to other family members in that area. We really enjoyed it!

We loved our 1 night stay! The lake was gorgeous, the lodge was cozy, and the bed was comfy. We played cards in front of the fireplace in the evening time, beautiful fireplace! Got pizza at Tony’s and brought it back for dinner. We can also recommend the Thai restaurant called “Little Peppers” that’s in town. We caught 30 fish in 2.5 hours with a rooster tail lure. Bass, bluegill, and crappie. Biggest one we caught was over a 12” long. Fished between 4:30-6:30pm and then the following morning between 8:30-9:30am. Fish were biting like crazy at all times! We fished from the dock and also from different spots on shore as we walked to all the accessible spots of the lake. Outside showers were awesome! Other wildlife we spotted were: 15 Canadian Geese hanging out on the pond, 3 heron (2 blue/1 white), 2 deer, and a groundhog! The deck, outside seating, and planted foliage and flowers were so beautiful. The view is incredible. The host is super sweet and so helpful ❤️

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

I stayed in this great apartment for about 2 weeks whilst I was teaching as a guest lecturer at American University Law School. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and has everything your need. It is located in a very nice and green neighborhood with shops and restaurants at walking distance. Samer and Denise are very responsive and kind hosts. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Historic Ice House! The place was impeccably clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the heart of Old Town, just minutes from King Street's shops, delis, and restaurants. Susan and Scot were wonderful hosts – very communicative, understanding, and accommodating from booking to checkout. We especially appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout the house; it was clear they genuinely care about their guests having a comfortable and welcoming experience. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect Old Town Alexandria visit!

Absolutely loved this space. The location is great and allows for exploration of the city. The space itself was clean and spacious. My favorite piece was having access to the gym within the Fairmount hotel (if im not mistaken). Lastly, host(s) are extremely responsiveness. I had questions about the property prior to booking as i was booking extremely last minute and I received a quick response.

It was a great place to stay. The days we went were quite rainy, and the house looked like a homestay nestled in the woods. The house was kept clean, cozy, and quiet, just what I needed after a long tiresome day. I enjoyed their book collections as well. Although, I couldn't make use of the local suggestions they had in the house, I'm sure it was well-curated. Overall, a fantastic stay in a safe place.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.
