Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Franconia

We had a great stay. Our kids especially loved the hot tub and fire pit and the cozy bed upstairs. Beds were all very comfortable and clean. Host was responsive and left clear instructions. We would have loved to stay longer but it was still great just for one night.

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

We LOVED our weekend on Arrowhead Lake! Great house for families. We have three teenagers and loved having separate spaces for everyone, as well as places we could all gather together, inside or out! There was something for everyone! Perfectly set up for those who love to cook, fish, kayak, walk or just read a book outside! Nearby we enjoyed the farm stands, our first attempt at disc golf, my son's first catch of a small mouth bass and shopping at the Limerick Grocery Store (very well stocked!). We hope to return again soon!! Elizabeth was a wonderful and attentive host!

Neal's place was a perfect home base for a long weekend of skiing at craftsbury. The house was cozy and worked perfectly for us! If you have more than 2 people, the additional beds / futons are in the main living room, so be aware of that, but it's ideal for 2 people. Maple syrup and honey were truly top notch!

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

Absolutely perfect! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings! Roomy and clean and had everything you could need. Loved the windows and the views from the windows! Harry and Bonnie were just the right around of friendly; they were nice and interacted with us but not at all intrusive! WiFi worked great but I really enjoyed not having a tv, we sat around in the evening having a glass of wine and playing games. Our daughter recently moved to the area so we would definitely love to stay at the cottage again!

This was an amazing Airbnb. The most quintessential New England home. It was beautifully decorated and so spacious for six adults and one infant. We were able to enjoy the kitchen and large dining table but also loved being so close to downtown. Enjoyed snowboarding and the short 10 minute drive to the mountain. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. Scott was a great host!

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

Kevin's place was great! Very clean, comfortable and in good area as we stayed for a week of skiing. Easy to get to Attitash ski resort and quick drive to Wildcat Mountain. Kevin was easy to communicate with and would return again next year for sure!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

The location was ideal for the Fryeburg Fair and for hiking Pleasant Mountain, and the views of the Franconia Range and Presidentials was superb. The Airbnb was spacious, inviting and comfortable. Sue was friendly and helpful.

Relaxing. Great get away for a couple nights. Quiet with a great view.

This is a wonderful little apartment! We have had family stay here twice, since we are right down the street, and it's perfect. Clean, warm and toasty in the winter, everything in its place and a place for everything. Would absolutely have family stay here every time!

My kids and I had a great time skiing and Daniel’s place was cozy and welcoming to come back to. We had what we needed and the place was clean and host was friendly. Walkable to so many things, too! For a quick trip where we were out and about for most of the day, this was a prefect place to stay.

This was such an incredible place to stay! The whole mansion is absolutely stunning, the surroundings and views are beautiful. However, what made this stay truly special was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the host. This was a wonderful experience and we are all looking forward to our next stay!

Amelie was extremely responsive and friendly and offered early check-in, which was helpful for us! The home looks just like in the pictures, very spacious and comfortable both day and night, in addition to being just gorgeous and cozy. It's clear that Amelie put a lot of thought into every detail, from how the space is organized and decorated to the functionality of the space. We also appreciated the clarity of the instructions and a nice bottle of wine to wait for us as we arrived as a sweet surprise :) We would absolutely recommend the place to both friends families with kids! Lots of space for kids to explore and nap in and no clutter to be worried about! A big thank you to Amelie!
