Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very pleased.

Márcia, is a host, kind, attentive and friendly. Townhouse surprised us with mimos, a delicacy of her! Replied quickly, gave us tips. The house is in a gated condominium, great location. All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. I've been there, really worth it, for the host, home, and location!

The house is extremely comfortable, meeting all expectations. Well-ventilated area, all rooms with bathrooms, pool area and lovely garden. Amauri is extremely kind, polite and super willing to help both with the care of the house and with recommendations for the city. Close to Hopi Hari too, which helped a lot! Whenever traveling with friends, a house will be the first option! Beautiful house, well maintained and the owners are wonderful and super well thought out and concerned. I recommend it a thousand times!!!

I loved the accommodation, the space and the region. I intend to return more often, it is undoubtedly a special place in the city of São Paulo. Mariana is a wonderful host, welcoming me and willing to give good tips. Finally, the cottage is a delight, comfortable and with a graceful garden. Communication with César was excellent, he always responded quickly! Your space is amazing, the container is super charming and cozy, very complete, with some useful things that we can use and it was super clean! The outdoor area is wonderful, the sound of birds, visits from the monkeys in the trees, a relaxing weekend!

The apartment is located in a hotel, with super attentive and responsive staff, has parking and the hotel receptionist himself checks in, hands over the access cards to the elevators and also the key to the apartment. Extremely clean place and the next day they cleaned and tidied the apartment. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

We felt very comfortable, and the activities at the Hospital that we had scheduled were incredibly easy for us, since the distance is very close.

My daughter, her friend and I stayed at Luana's place for three days and we really enjoyed it. It's a very cute and charming apartment, with comfortable beds and a great spacious bathroom. You can tell there was a lot of thought and care put into this place. The location is unbeatable as it is close to restaurants and cafes. At walkable distance of 20 minutes to the area of Beco do Batman. It was a great stay and felt right at home. Luana was a great host and we would absolutely recommend her place. Thank you Luana!

The house is amazing. Integrated with nature, well-equipped, well decorated, children's playground. It was very clean and organized. Jane and Marcelo made the experience even more enjoyable by being very helpful with everything. We got a little lost on arrival because the GPS sent us to the wrong place, but I got in touch with Miriam and everything resolved quickly. I hope I can come back one day.

Apartment exactly as in the pictures! Nice bed and great shower! We loved the location! Nice restaurants, bakeries, markets and pleasant surroundings for sightseeing.

SIMPLY Perfect ... Mr. Paulo left us welcome with your kindness always answered immediately. After the reservation Mr. Paulo showed us the details of the house and tips of the City , communication was very easy to enter and leave the house with the Ordinance . The house is wide, very ventilated, comfortable beds, showers ok , it was impeccable with cleanliness and organization. House with all necessary items. Landscape and Wonderful Pool. We don't have to leave for anything from the house there is everything there. We had an amazing weekend. Gratitude for making our family happy🙏.

Very well equipped house in very quiet place. It was very easy to get to. The house has independent rooms what was great. A very well equiped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. It has a nearby supermarket and the delivery services worked very well. I very much recommend it

We went in 4 couples and two children and the house served us very well. It is in a gated community, secure and at the very top of the condominium. But as it is all asphalt it is quiet to arrive. It is important to take everything because there is no market nearby, just a little convenience store at the beginning of the condominium. The house is very large, new TVs, new refrigerators, new stove. The house was clean, the grass cut, and the garden and pool lighting at night are quite beautiful. There are two houses on the same plot, one very close to the other what we think is great!! It had all the comfort we needed and Elvis welcomed us very well upon arrival!! Felipe tb was a great host. It's not close to the city but my family and I really liked the condominium and the house. I recommend!!
