Vacation rentals with lake access in Francavilla al Mare

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

Angelo's huis aan Lago di Scanno is super! Binnen ruim en schoon en zeer geschikt voor 4 mensen. Buiten met mooi uitzicht op het meer, en een heerlijke tuin om in te ontspannen. Angelo is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer die ook goed te bereiken is. Al met al een toplocatie!

Lorenzo host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolto e illustrato alcuni luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. L'alloggio è molto pulito, posizione super tranquilla e nessun vicino. Abbiamo passato 4 giorni insieme al nostro cane che poteva tranquillamente stare in giardino (privato e chiuso) e visitato tanti luoghi nei dintorni. Gli unici aspetti "negativi" dell'alloggio sono stati la mancanza di zanzariere nelle camere da letto, il che significa che d'estate, lasciando le finestre aperte (si stava benissimo!) qualche insetto è entrato, e la lontananza dal centro abitato: se la sera si vuole fare un giro in paese la strada per arrivarci è in salita e piuttosto lunga. Quest'ultimo aspetto a noi non ha pesato perché la sera, dopo lunghe camminate, siamo sempre andati a letto dopo cena. Non abbiamo usufruito del barbecue. In sintesi: esperienza più che positiva e super consigliata a chi vuole passare qualche giorno in totale relax per visitare l'Abruzzo, lontano dalla confusione.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Nido del Salento hat uns mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung, der Sauberkeit und der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Besonders schön war der liebevoll vorbereitete Willkommenskorb – mit ausreichend Leckereien für das erste Abendessen und ein gemütliches Frühstück: inklusive einer Karaffe köstlichen regionalen Weins, hausgemachter Marmelade und Tomatensoße. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und wohl – nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wie bei Freunden. Elma und Vincenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr respektvoll. Trotz aller Herzlichkeit wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das gesamte Anwesen ganz für sich allein zu haben – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Eine wunderbare Basis, um Salento zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Mario est très accueillant et gentil. Il est venu en voiture nous chercher au port à notre arrivée. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et propre. Il se situe dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. Nos enfants ont pu profiter des extérieurs.

Die Wohnung war unglaublich schön und lichtdurchflutet mit großem Balkon. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr sauber. Große Küche. Ana war super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lieber Antonio, der Aufenthalt in Deinem Appartment war wunderbar. Dazu haben sich Deine Eltern wirklich toll um uns gekümmert, wenn wir mal Hilfe benötigt haben. Und Du selbst warst immer telefonisch erreichbar und hast uns sogar noch an einem Abend angerufen und vor einem nahenden Gewitter gewarnt👏👏 Mehr Service geht echt nicht. Das Appartment und die Lage sind einfach total super. Wir hatten die Ehre, Euer neues Appartment als eine der ersten Gäste zu bewohnen und wir waren begeistert. Tolle Ausstattung (sogar 2 Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Flur) , dazu beste Lage mit Ausblick auf den See. Wir haben uns die Tage bei Euch wirklich super wohl gefühlt, gut erholt und aufgrund der Ruhe auch tief und fest geschlafen. Tutto molto bello e fedelissimo alla descrizione fatta , Massimo sempre disponibile mentre nonna Ilde ci ha accolti come una mamma amorevole accoglie i propri figli dopo un lungo viaggio, disponibile da subito per cucinare qualcosa per noi, ci ha ricoperti di attenzioni, ci ha offerto un dolce fatto da lei molto buono e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa nostra. posto incantevole e tranquillo , anche la nostra cagnolina si è divertita tanto. lo consigliamo assolutamente.

A very nice place to relax and recover from traveling. The apartment is comfortable with very good bedding and well-equipped kitchen. The locaton is perfect to discover the medieval town of Barrea. Everything is within walking distance; sights, shopping, and restaurants. Patrizia is a wonderful host and was on site to help at anytime. We hope to visit again someday.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement d’Alessandro. Le logement était impeccablement propre et parfaitement équipé, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, juste en face de la station de train, ce qui permet de rejoindre Naples facilement et rapidement. Un autre avantage appréciable : le stationnement juste en bas de l’immeuble, très pratique pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture. Et un bon restaurant juste en bas. Petit point à noter : le canapé-lit est plus adapté pour une personne, car à deux, les dormeurs ont tendance à glisser vers le centre. Cela dit, tout le reste était parfait. Merci Alessandro pour cet agréable séjour !

abbiamo passato dei giorni bellissimi in una dimora centralissima nel cuore della vecchia Vieste. Sandor è un host disponibilissimo, gentilissimo e premuroso con gli ospiti. Consigliamo nel modo più assoluto questa soluzione. Quando torneremo a Vieste sicuramente saremo di nuovo suoi ospiti. Consigliatissimo.

Nena’s place is definitely the highlight of our entire summer. Probably the best location we have tried until now. Just a few steps to the sea and the area is quite private. The place was so clean, well equipped. And beyond everything Nena is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful host. We enjoyed the tranquility, the view, the sea, the terrace, everything. I hope we will meet again.

Can’t exclaim enough how much we loved staying at Lidia’s hideaway in Posillipo. It was the perfect sanctuary to return to after busy days in Napoli.

I was lucky enough to stay at Ratko’s beautiful apartment on Korčula with two of my very best friends. The place looked just like the photos, has an incredible view, and is perfectly situated within the town — just the right distance to the stunning old city but also very private and peaceful feeling. Mostly, though, Ratko made the place extra special as he is a truly exceptional host. He generously shared the impressive expertise on the sea and the island compiled by 50 years living on beautiful Korčula, and took the time to give us a tour of Lumbarda, as well as the best recommendations for other day trips. Any time I come to Croatia in the future I hope a stop by Ratko’s lovely seaside apartment will be on the itinerary.

When I saw the photos from this Airbnb, I knew that my husband and I had to stay here! I booked it a year ahead of time so that we wouldn't miss out on this beautiful place. Reality is even better than the photos! The mountains are a lush green and provide a stunning backdrop to the gorgeous lake. We enjoyed the views from the cozy and comfortable bed, while eating lunch and dinner, and while enjoying a drink on the balcony. We grocery shopped in Scanno and made delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The area was lovely too! We were immursed in nature. We did the hike up to see the lake in a heart shape. We parked a 3 minute drive away, near the hotel, historic church and boat rental. We got free parking while we charged our electric car. We also explored Scanno, Introdacqua, and Pettorano Sul Gizio where we toured a small 11th century castle. I highly recommend this Airbnb! You will never forget the views and the scenic drives around the area!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Just what we were searching for, a haven of tranquility. The hosts were delightful, Razu in particular was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay regarding information and supplied us with an array of fantastic meals. We didn't want for anything. There were plenty of things to see and do within a short car journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Amphora. As most of the other reviews state, it is a truly unique experience. Regarding the one negative review on the website; all I can say is I really don't understand what they found so disagreeable.

Toni’s place is nice and cozy, very clean and well equipped. We needed a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and we found everything we wanted to use. It made our staying way more easier. The terrace is wonderful with a beautiful view to the lake, we loved it so much! Toni was very helpful and communicative all the time during our staying and before, when I had some important questions. He waited us with cake, which was really heartwarming after a long drive. Mljet is a really special place, if you like nature and active vacation.

Best Vacation Ever!!!! We were enchanted from the moment we drove up to this Adriatic Treasure! I almost hesitate to describe it for fear that all days will be filled immediately and we won’t have a chance to return soon enough! The white pristine marble walkways and terrace provided access to the cold crystal clear water on three sides. The large outdoor area always provided a place of sun or shade throughout the day. Our grandchildren loved playing on the two paddle boards and exploring the outdoors. The AC inside offered an immediate respite when we stepped inside the cool white interior of the home. A treat of food and beverages awaited to our surprise. Totally unexpected! Marko was the perfect host, offering site recommendations including reservations at the scrumptious Sudvic Restaurant nearby. Seafood plucked right from the waters beside it! We are making plans now to try to return to this amazing magical paradise. You should book your vacation here now! You will not regret it!

Struttura fantastica, abbiamo trascorso del tempo piacevolissimo. Aveva tutto l’occorrente per stare benissimo. Unica piccola pecca la mancanza di condizionatore nella stanza al piano inferire. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Das Thinkers House ist ein Traumhaus am Meer. Der atemberaubende Blick von der Veranda und aus den Zimmern kann eigentlich nicht übertroffen werden. Aber dann betritt man die Dachterrasse und es verschlägt einem dem Atem: Tagsüber das tiefe Blau des Meeres und in der Nacht ein unendlicher Sternenhimmel. Marko ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sein Haus wunderschön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen.
