Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy nest at the Dalälven edge, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and wifi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot bathes in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the jetty. Firewood and canoe are on site for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and one 140cm sofa bed upstairs. Ps. Watch the water for the beaver at night

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Stay in my villa in Smedjebacken near Norra Barken

The villa is located in a quiet villa area. 15 minutes from the center, lake Barken and the harbor. 5 minutes to the forest, for long walks, cycling and running. 10 minutes to the ski slope, but if you want a larger ski resort, it takes only 20 minutes to Romme Alpin. 15 minutes to Hagge golf course. Ludvika centre 20 min (another smaller town) The house can be booked longer if required up to 4 weeks
