Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

estuvo perfecto, tal cual la descripción, todo en orden, todo lo que ofrecían en su publicación había y más. centro comercial a 5 min , playa a 10 min. atención del los anfitriones perfecto , siempre contestaron rápido y solucionando o resolviendo dudas.

Fui con el único propósito de desconectarme de la jornada laboral y relajarme en la playa con mi perrita bóxer, y se logró! El loft esta hermoso y super adecuado, tiene todo lo necesario El personal del condominio en todo momento se porto super amable y respetuoso. obviamente hay reglas y hay que cuidar las instalaciones pero tanto a mi como con mi perrita nos trataron super bien. tiene fácil acceso a la playa y es una playa muy linda perfecta para nadar y caminar Diego estuvo al pendiente de que todo saliera perfecto y no se le escapo ningún detalle para que así fuera. es un excelente anfitrion. Sin duda volvería, pase unos días mágicos.

The patio was my favorite part. I like that kind of amenties. Watching the moon come from behind the mountains. It's so beautiful. The place is easy to get to. It's in the heart of Versalles. A lot of restaurants. Mall few minutes walk away and easy to get to the beach as well. We took an Uber and it was a 5 min drive, so not far at all. There is security there as well. So very secure. Overall, had a lovely stay.

This was our second stay with Liana. 5 star stay. Once again. The location is great. The space is clean. The amenities are wonderful. Would return without hesitation.

I had a great stay here!! The apartment is cute and cozy, perfect for a couple or single travelers. Always felt 100% safe. Also the apartment was squeaky clean. The area is very walkable and has lots of delicious restaurants all on the same block. The gym, rooftop restaurant, and pool were all fantastic!! Alejandro was very proactive and responsive! Great place to relax and unwind. And super close to the beach!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

Fue realmente acogedor y lindo, muy completo y funcional. La anfitriona súper atenta, solo hay que seguir las reglas externar al pie de la letra pero el apartamento fenomenal, así que si quieres pasar unos días agradables sin duda contra.

My wife and I enjoyed the condo and our stay in PV. The pool is just as nice as it looks in the photos. The room has an excellent view and is very comfortable. Everything in the condo feels very premium. It's located firmly in the Hotel Zone. You can use Uber very quickly to get to any place you want to go. The building is a new construction and very modern. A few things to note: The beaches in PV can be a bit rocky. "Colorado" style river rocks are common. Bring some water shoes. The check-in process is long and a little klunky, but the communication was very quick when we had questions. As of May 2025, there is construction next door. The way the condos are set up really doesn't affect the experience during the day. There are chickens in the open lot, though, and the Roosters like to talk in the morning. The pool is awesome, but there is no bar. The loungers can fill up quickly in the morning. Plan accordingly.

Great location, place was a lot bigger than expected clubs and bar across the street so be prepared to hear music until 6am. Place was very clean and well equipped with everything one could need I would absolutely recommend.

Los espacios comunes limpios y cómodos. Los tacos enfrente deliciosos y súper práctico el Oxxo. La playa súper cerca. Sin duda excelente opción.

Estuvimos hospedados con mi abuelita y dos perritos, el departamento estuvo muy accesible, tiene elevador y los espacios amplios… además, nos pusieron bloqueador en el baño, lo cual se agradeció mucho… La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y justo afuera del fraccionamiento hay un Oxxo y puestos de comida limpia y accesible. Nos encantaría volver!

El lugar está mucho mejor que en las fotografías, fácil acceso, personal del edificio muy amable, alberca no climatizada pero la vista que tiene es de lo mejor, ubicado a 10 minutos caminando a playa de nuevo Vallarta o si llevas auto menos tiempo con la posibilidad de entrar al estacionamiento a pie de playa ( $25 x hora) , lugares MUY cercanos y variados ($) para consumir alimentos. La anfitriona en todo momento muy atenta a mis dudas. Completamente recomendable.
