Loved it. The facilities were outstanding. Great area. The bedroom was in the back so less noise. I loved the lap pool.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Close to the airport. Perfect space to spend comfortably with the family. Convenient access to the pool and beach, very friendly condominium staff. Very helpful and punctual host with information and attention. Excellent experience and experience!

This place is amazing. It has so much character and charm. The private terrace is so cool! You get the best sunset views and it's the best place to hang out during the day or by night. The bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect. You're really close to everything yet it's on a quiet street and you're up quite high so you have a nice private, relaxing place to enjoy. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Puerto Vallarta.

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Gabriela and her team are great hosts. Response time was fast. They recommended restaurants, an in house chef, a massage professional. All great things to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The view from the balcony and pool deck are amazing! The staff of the building is kind and friendly! The place looks like the photos. It’s spacious and nicely lit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all major necessities. The pool within the balcony is fine for temperature especially when visiting during summer and high humidity times it’s refreshing. The building is a fairly nice stroll downhill however it gets steep at some points and there’s straits. I walked it up twice up. If you want a nice mini workout dig in if not the humidity will get ya. Uber is also a nice cheap drive back from any area of the Zona Romántica. Theirs also cute koi fishes in the pond within the level of the apartment

my second stay, this time with my dogs. perfect with the garden. Everything very enjoyable. Communication with Ben is easy . If there is something to fix, he is on it right away. I would stay here any time again

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place, the host is very kind and attentive at all times. It was a family trip with pets and we felt very comfortable. It has green areas everywhere, it was really nice.

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

It is a perfect place with a spectacular view at any time of day. Excellent location with all the amenities, it was great to stay there, I definitely recommend it and we will return. We had a wonderful time. 👍

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Loved our stay at Andrea's place! Great location, very large and comfortable unit. Really great space for 3 couples. Everything we needed to cook meals. Balcony is huge, the view is beautiful, and the unit is very convenient to the elevator that goes down to the pool/beach. The resort is very well kept and staff were very friendly. Andrea was really great regarding communications. The resort tries to sell you the all-inclusive option and have you go to a timeshare breakfast when checking in, but we declined. Attending the breakfast gives you lots of discounts at the resort, but we were only there for 3 days, so we didn't want to spend any of our time on that. We found the prices at the restaurants/bars at the hotel to be fairly reasonable.

We were a bit hesitant to book an Airbnb for this trip, but the incredible reviews convinced us to go for it and we’re so glad we did. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was clean, spacious, peaceful, and in an amazing location. We loved relaxing at the large, quiet pool onsite (often with no one else around) and also spent most of our time enjoying the Vidanta amenities, including the Grand Mayan pools, restaurants, and walking paths. Getting into Vidanta was quick and easy every time. What truly made the trip amazing was the host, Lupita. She was like a personal tour guide: friendly, responsive, and full of great suggestions for places to eat and explore. She always responded within minutes and made everything feel seamless. The staff at the building were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we will 100% book this place again on our next trip. Huge thanks to Lupita for making everything so perfect!

The stay was great! Albert was super nice checked in and made sure got in ok and let us know we could get ahold of at anytime if we need anything. The condo looked exactly like the pics super nice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Eron’s condo was absolutely everything we had hoped it would be! The view from the living room was spectacular, and the location of the building could not have been in a more ideal location. You could walk to everything in Bucerias in a matter of minutes with a number of fabulous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. (And of course Karen’s, right on the property). We loved the option of doing some cooking at home, (most breakfasts and lunches, and then would head out for dinner), in the most well stocked kitchen we’ve experienced in an Airbnb. Erin’s condo, (Casa Glea), was also furnished with lovely comfy couches, and we enjoyed watching movies in the evening as a family. Another huge highlight for us was having the section of beach reserved for building residents. We never had a problem finding chairs for our family, under cool shady palapas, or full sun, as we preferred. All in all, we had a lovely holiday, in a beautiful condo, in our favourite beach town to date.
