Escape the city & enjoy the serenity of the country life. Located 15 minutes from Monticello and 25 minutes from Brookhaven. Dollar General located 3 miles away & a country store with fuel 1.5 miles away. This fully furnished 2/1 currently has 1 full size & 1 queen size bed and 5’ shower(not a full tub). Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY!

The Cottage on the Green

The Cottage is situated on the backside of an acre parcel behind the main house. A swimming pool separates the main house from the cottage. The property is very quiet, peaceful and private. Guest have a Separate entrance. We are a retired lieutenant from a California LE agency and his wife a retired teacher who give guests as much privacy as requested. We are a short distance from the Longleaf Trace and 1.5 miles from the Barn at Bridlewood wedding venue for those attending a wedding there.

Anchors

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. It’s a simple treehouse built as a weekend prayer room by the Sandifers. Over a 25+ year span I had at one time or another lived with my sons in each home located on this corner 2015 both of my sons joined the NAVY. In 2018 we bought this little place we now call Anchors. Relax in quiet peacefulness surrounded by forest. You really notice the beauty and sounds of nature here. Walk down the trail to the one acre pond to feed the fish from the pier. Or walk out the back door to another trail to experience complete solitude. This was my grandparent's home where they once farmed 80 acres. It's cozy, quaint and very private. However, it's less than four miles from downtown Sumrall and 16 miles to Hattiesburg. Your pets will enjoy the large fenced in back yard.

This upstairs modern style studio apartment is located 3 blocks from downtown in the historic district . It comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay: a queen bed, a fold-out couch, an iron with ironing board, wi-fi, and a 70” tv screen. In the kitchen area you will find everything you need. The bathroom comes with a shower and even a blow dryer. The studio is in a building of it’s own with parking. Owner lives around the corner. No smoking.
