We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

Great option when staying in Newton and right down the street from an incredible entrance to a hiking trail. Serge was a great host and kept us informed the entire trip.

Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

This is a great place; I never expected it to be like this inside—it’s beautiful and so well organized, truly extraordinary.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

This is a cute ADU within walking distance to the Route 128 station. The unit is very spacious and reasonably priced. Wuke graciously helped us out when we needed laundry detergent. We would stay here again. Only downside is that the ADU has a bit of an unfinished feel. The shower did not have a curtain, the bedroom skylight window was papered over, and there was command-strip residue leftover in a few places.

Immaculate home with everything provided and so easy to just arrive and feel at home. Sheets and towels were immaculate and clean so was the rest of the home!!!!!! Beautifully decorated!!!!

The Uxbridge House was great. It is a charming historic building with upgrades to make you comfortable. Hosts Tim and Kristina were extremely helpful.

This is a great place in a quiet and extremely walkable neighborhood. We especially appreciated the private, off-street parking. I’d definitely stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Joe is a thoughtful and attentive host who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort and experience. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described, if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens and fully stocked kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi and quiet surroundings. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and it's conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and major routes. Joe was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout my stay. She made sure I had everything I needed, offered great local tips, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt right at home. This house was perfect for our need. Driving distance to several towns with good restaurants. There is a beautiful park across the street that is great for walking. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Yao responds quickly to your questions.

Absolutely stunning. It was a perfect location. Comfy and cozy. All the things that one would need and loved the local beers that she left us in the fridge! Thank you so much we felt at home. Highly recommended

Great host! We had a couple small hiccups but were well taken care of. The rental is huge, it appears to be freshly re done. Beds were more comfy than the average hotel room, furniture was comfortable.

We had a great stay. This home has all the comforts of home and is conveniently located. The host is wonderful and gracious and communicates back almost instantly with answers to questions. The shower was fantastic and the espresso maker and pods were better than ours at home. Linens and everything about this home feels upscale and luxurious. There's a little traffic noise during the day but the high quality windows keep it pretty quiet and it's quiet at night. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby and easy easy to get everywhere. So green and pretty too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home for your next vacation. From communication to cleanliness and comfort, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. We have never stayed at an AirBnb that had everything we needed: - Extra towels - Fully and I mean fully equipped kitchen - washer/dryer w detergent & fabric sheets - forgot shampoo, toothpaste or Q-tips? No need to run out to the store, they have you covered! - multiple pillows so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with - water views with ducks! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely deck due to the weather but we enjoyed the views everyday! There was honestly nothing missing. Lindsey and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t skimp on quality. No stained, rough towels or sheets, no rusty cookware. They even had a popcorn maker, food processor, food scale, and multiple coffee makers. Thank you, Lindsay and Patrick for a stress free vacation!

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

AMAZING!!! Booked here last minute for my graduation and birthday!! AND he left a gift for me 🥹!!!!! Beach is right across the street. Beautiful view from the second floor. Huge space upstairs- got a whole big group playing Just Dance on the TV together 😀😀😀

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

No words to describe how beautiful Victor’s house is! It feels like you are staying in someone’s home and not just Airbnb! It has everything you may need, very specious and comfortable. I use Airbnbs a lot and this was the best one to date! Victor was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Highly recommended! I will be booking again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. Beautiful inside with thoughtful extra touches. Great kitchen - looks very new, clean and well supplied. Beds were super comfortable, high quality linens. Loved the bathroom design and space. And incredibly beautiful and peaceful surroundings outdoors - great view of the water from the great room. Lots to see and do nearby. We could not have enjoyed our stay more!
