Cabin vacation rentals in Fox Lake

It was a wonderful cabin and a great setting. We had the unfortunate luck of some bad weather, but that's how it goes in early spring in the Midwest. Thankfully the cabin made for a nice hideout from the cold, rain and snow outside. Our kids enjoyed the upstairs nook. We made a few bonfires and peaked at the beautiful lake when it wasn't raining. McJuggers and 3 Sweets Bakery just a few minutes away were nice spots, along with the Twisted Pair in Adell. We'd definitely consider coming back to enjoy the outdoors at some point in the future.

We loved staying at Matthew’s cabin. It was nice & peaceful and clean. Beds enough for an adult couple & 2 kids. It was nice being able to relax by the fire pit and it made it easy to cook our own breakfast having a kitchen. I’d definitely go back again :)

This was the perfect space for our weekend getaway. The space is very homey, has a stunning view of the lake, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Corinne was very responsive when I had questions.

The cabin was very clean and relaxing. Nicole was very responsive to our needs.

Steve’s cottage was perfect for our overnight getaway! We were able to grill, enjoy a fire and just soak in the serenity of the beautiful lake! Met our needs perfectly and would highly recommend!

Mark was a kind and thoughtful host. We can tell how much he cares about giving guests a good experience at his properties. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Brookes Pine Lodge was more than I could have wanted. The place was larger than expected and fully stocked with a full kitchen set and even included an air mattress for our stay. The big back yard right on the lake was absolutely stunning especially during the sunset. The place was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The lower level was a little bit cold but the view of the lake, the extra bathroom, and the full bar really made up for it. This place our entire crew comfortably with enough parking for 6 cars. Brooke was very helpful, informative, and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

One of our favorite AirBnBs for sure! So relaxing to sit in the hot tub or sauna and bird watch. Would recommend and hope we can come back some time!

We love cooking and you really did think of everything in your design. We brought a lot of utensils and ended up not using because you had it all. 😊 This house feels so cozy tucked into what felt like a cove. Fireplace was really nice and snuggled up and watched the rain. Truly peaceful and just what we needed. Thank you again!

This house is absolutely stunning! It’s spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a fantastic spot. The view is breathtaking, with a beautiful lake and a lovely interior. There’s plenty of space for big families, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The house is also incredibly clean, with no unpleasant odors. And the best part? here’s a hot tub that’s perfect for relaxing after a long day. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed staying at Alexandras place! This placed is stocked up with anything you can imagine! Alexandra was very flexible with our group and was very welcoming! We will definitely coming back in the summer to enjoy this cabin, truly a beautiful place to come relax and spend time with family or friends :)

We really loved our stay here. Everything was very clean, great shape, well-stocked. The pet friendly fenced in yard was great and the hot tub looked like it would be relaxing - though we didn't get a chance to use it. The restaurant across the street was really great too. Ginger is very responsive and friendly. I would love to stay here again in the summer to enjoy the lake and outdoors more.

We loved our stay. From the moment we reserved the Lilikoi to our checkout, Daryl was very attentive and responsive. It blew us away on how peaceful it was there. My girlfriend’s son rode a bike for the first time without training wheels, went kayaking for his first time, and learned archery. There was a lot of wildlife and we spent most of our time around the camp fire and surrounding woods. Dog friendly trails and lodging. Do yourself a favor a book a weekend or a week. You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming house! It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is absolutely classic – close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. Although the house is on the smaller side, it is beautifully designed and makes great use of the space. The only suggestion we have is adding a dishwasher, which would be especially helpful for families with kids. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommend!

Very private place, was very quiet, relaxing & peaceful. Everything was as Emily said it was. House was clean, not far from some of the local places. Great cabin for a getaway from the city. Anthony was very kind and helpful, especially with plowing the driveway after a large snowfall.

The cabin is great! Tranquil, relaxing, comfy, cozy, are the top words that come to mind describing it. We had a relaxing weekend in the cabin and explored a few establishments in the area. David is a great host and is very friendly, attentive (checked in with us to make sure we were settled) and has done a wonderful job with the place. Can’t wait to return in the future! We had such a fantastic stay at this beautifully updated Barndominium! The space perfectly blends rustic charm with modern style. It was so cozy, clean, and full of character! Waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature and the friendly goats made the experience feel like a true escape! The outdoor jacuzzi was the perfect touch for relaxing. We enjoyed rowing the boat on the river and making S’mores over the campfire. There were so many things to experience here! Every detail of this place felt thoughtfully curated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and grill out. The primary bedroom had such a comfy bed with super soft bedding that we didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and tranquil getaway!

Loved staying at Trevor’s place! Beautiful little house, and beautiful property. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have spent more time outside on the grounds. Trevor was easy to communicate with and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

My niece & I had the most wonderful stay at this adorable cabin. Everything you need is provided to make this a home away from home. We really appreciated all the small touches throughout the house. Our names written on a chalkboard welcoming us. The bag of ice in the freezer next to a frozen pizza if we got hungry. They even have a little basket in the bathroom full of things to use if you forgot something. The kitchen is completely stocked w/flatware, p&p's, glasses, & condiments. The beds are suuuuper comfy with extra blankies if u get chilly. And the view of the lake from the kitchen & downstairs bedroom is fantastic. Oh and I saw a bald eagle fly across the lake while I was fishing off the dock!!!! Tammera & Brandon went above & beyond what we expected. They are lovely hosts & they helped make our trip truly memorable. I'll be back to go riding in the fall & I will be booking my stay here.

Great stay at the cabin. It was peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Close enough to all activities the Dells have to offer, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and calm of the beautiful area. Our family had a great time!

This Cabin was perfect for me and my girlfriend to stay in. It’s in such a great location and Tanya was very helpful sending me directions before my stay. I plan to stay here again and I would highly recommend it!
