Simply perfect in every way. From the friendly, super responsive host to the beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with old world charm, you couldn't want more, especially considering the reasonable price. Being a corner apartment, the cross flow ventilation is lovely and a good quality fan keeps the heat well and truly under control. Loved looking out the three large windows over old town Rennes, as well as the lift and security entrance. Tea, coffee (and filter machine), oil, vinegar, salt and pepper provided. High quality cutlery, crockery and linen. Bed is super comfortable and the block out shutters and curtains made for a good night's sleep. Don't think twice about staying here!

Despite an error on my part during the booking, Aymeric was very understanding. a listing that matches the description with nice decor. The balcony overlooking the green spaces is nice!

I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think in the summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace are great! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So great stay, thank you!

A real favorite! Vincent and Fred's accommodation, tastefully renovated, is spacious and very comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops, I recommend it for a stay in Rennes. The added bonus, the very nice terrace in this season.

Very nice studio, a little vintage with these accessories, well-appointed and very well-equipped. The little extra is the basic ingredients available to us (butter, milk, jam, eggs...). Zabeth and Pascal are very welcoming and friendly hosts, and always give good advice.

Great apartment in a cute town. Very private. Perfect jumping off point to visit Mont St. Michel. Solene's leaflet has a lot of good information - nice touch! Definitely recommend!

Lovely views from the 4th floor. Lots of space for our family to spread out into. The kitchen had lots of common ingredients like oil and salt which made cooking feel like home. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Second time in this little haven of peace. Always a top service, very friendly welcome, meal tray and breakfast to die for and very hearty, very clean room and very comfortable bedding. Flawless for us, you can come here without a second thought.
