It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep fond memories of this break in Pesaro… and of all of you!

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. Six of us were on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary car repair. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family

Anita was super nice host helping with everything that was asked. Apartment was nice, had everything we needed. However it was quite hot inside - air conditioning would be a great improvement. But it was not in the offer, so it was really good value for money!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your accommodation. We had a great time at Rosaria and Salvatore's place, they are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and fundamentally kind. We had the pleasure of tasting the pizzas of Salvatore, who holds the pizzeria just below the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and very close to the old town on foot. Thank you both.

Diego was proactive and very helpful and responsive. He was a fantastic host and checked in several times. He really cares and wants you to have the best stay possible! The apartment was in great condition and looked like the pictures. You could see that the apartment was refurbished recently and felt very modern and clean. The open plan kitchen living room was spacious and there was plenty of room for me and my family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra blankets available as well as plenty of towels. He also had a full box of coffee pods and bottles of water so we could have our breakfast coffee without any issues - that stood out to me. Something I didn't know but that was convenient too is that it's right next to a little shop (like a mini supermarket). All in all, the place was great! We will very likely book this again!

The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Thank you very much for 6 wonderful days of vacation in this beautiful town. The apartment met all our expectations. Alice prepared everything we needed. A new apartment with great amenities such as an elevator and a washing machine. I definitely recommend it.

We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic, Simona is an exceptional host! She was very welcoming and made us feel at home, too bad we only stayed one weekend! The apartment is perfect, it is equipped with all the amenities and is just a short walk to the beach. A note of merit also goes to the wonderful dog Diana, always ready to welcome us on our return!!

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Bettina’s appartement was excellent. The room is very cosy and nice and well equipped. Beds were lovely. Bettina and Max were super kind and helpful. The house is located inna wonderful spot in the hills and nature. Would definitely return to this gorgeous place.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, they treated us all with kindness and a smile that distinguishes them. The pool is very clean and reserved, the beach clean and even there everyone is very useful. Nearby you can find bars and restaurants within walking distance and all people welcomed us with great kindness and all smiling.

hosts: very kind, welcoming and responsive... the welcome drink was much appreciated location: as in the description and as per the photo report... lovely view of the hills, a corner where you can relax... practically new apartment equipped with all comforts with a plus whirlpool shower... huge and well-kept outdoor space, ample space dedicated to our four-legged friend... Too bad the pool wasn't open... recommended location...
